Beautiful Mediterranean style annexe 900 meters from the beach at the circeo. It is a very neat and well furnished annex in a beautiful Villa with 1 hectare and a half of park and a private pond inside. Depandance on one level in the middle of the park of the property of 74 sqm. A beautiful outdoor wooden patio equipped with table chairs, sun loungers and barbeque. historic center. Cooking corner equipped with all necessary tools, washing machine. 1 double bedroom with 2 extra beds inside In the living room 1 sofa bed that can be opened. Very functional annexe well furnished with objects from the 1800s A very particular solution in the heart of a beautiful park. Particular the internal wood-burning fireplace between the two windows
