Ideal holiday home. Enjoy the sun, beach and pools in the best area of Meloneras

Beautiful newly renovated house with great sea views and wonderful pools. Located in the best area of the south of Gran Canaria, at a walking distance from the lighthouse of Maspalomas and a five minute walk to the nearest beach. The house has three floors; in the main one there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a large TV. It opens onto a terrace with a dining table for 8 people, from which there is access to a very quiet private garden with two sun loungers. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, two full wardrobes and a small terrace with beautiful sea views, and the other one with two single beds and a full closet. There is also a large bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large sofa, TV, children's area, bathroom and a large room with two bunk beds, ideal for families with children. The access to the house is through another terrace where there is another dining table, and a wooden house for children. In the entrance there is a small washing area with washer and dryer, and on the access terrace there is a drying rack and ropes to let dry the beach towels. The two terraces of the house have opposite orientations, so that you can always enjoy the sun or the shade, whatever you prefer.
The nearest beach is Meloneras beach, at a 5 minute walk from the house. Next to the beach there is a shopping center with restaurants, nightclub and a small supermarket that opens every day. One of the main assets of the house is its location; you can go walking to the lighthouse of Maspalmas by one of the most beautiful walks on the sea side of the island. In this area is where the best hotels and restaurants are, in addition to terraces and brand stores. There is a bike path just beside the resort that goes from the beach of Meloneras to Maspalomas.

We had a great holiday returning to this lovely family villa in a wonderful part of Meloneras with easy access to the sea and restaurants. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of outdoor space and access to a large pool. Maria is a very responsive and helpful host even leaving us a lovely welcome gift! We’re looking forward to returning soon!

Well equipped, clean and close to everything

We didn't miss anything. The kitchen has a nice and new inductive cooking field, enough dish (for us 8), spices and much more. Just the dish washer is a little small and had to run twice a day. The kids loved the toys and the essy to be reached pool. The pool was nice and clean.

The house lived up to the expectations and the pictures that were published. Very good standard and location. The downside is that the main pool were in renovation the hole time we were there. The tenent solved it smooth, so we could use another pool area. We will return.

We’re regular visitors to this house . Superb location close to a nice beach with good restaurants and an excellent Mercadona supermarket. An easy walk to the Meloneras nightlife. The house is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. It had a big dining terrace, private garden and access to a large pool. An excellent and responsive host . We recommend !

We had a fabulous holiday. The house was spacious and extremely comfortable. Great bathrooms and having outside space each side of the property meant that you could be in the shade or sun. An advantage being able to park directly outside the property. As we knew the area already the position was great and the views from the terrace wonderful. The complex was kept extremely clean and tidy and the pools a huge bonus. Maria was very helpful and provided plenty of information for those unfamiliar with the area. Hope to return

Meloneras

A very nice house with a good and calm area. It was close to the mercadona. A shorter walk to the nearest beach. The house had alot of toys for the kids, good furniture for the kids aswell. Two smart TV, one with chromecast. Nice little outside space with sunchairs and dinnertable. If there is some suggestions for upgrades. I would have liked some stair gates for the kids. Also the kitchenware is pretty worn out, the knifes are blunt, the frying pans had seen better days and abit of shortage of drinking glasses. Overall the cleaning was god, but under the beds there were alot of dust that hadnt been cleaned in a longtime. The house didnt have a proper vacuum cleaner only brushes. I would give this place a 4/5, its a very nice house with good standard. .

A Nice stay in Meloneras, Gran Canaria

A very nice property, distributed on three levels, connected with tow main flyer of stairs. Fully equipped with anything you would need. Not ideal for small kids - toddlers, but manageable. Good location, local beach and amenities near by. Not far form Maspalomas dunes as well We had a nice stay and the host -Maria, was very helpful with good initial orientation, directions and specifics of the property. Also, responded promptly to some small ongoing issues. The main and probably the only downside was that the pools were not heated. They were very cold and we could not use them at all. For five weeks stay, we did not see anyone else using them as well. That was really disappointing, as entire pool area is large and very well deigned. You could sunbath around the pool though, there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs,etc. We spend every winter about four weeks in Gran Canaria and cold pools are common problem during December and January. Overall highly recommended!

We had an excellent holiday once more staying at Maria’s villa. It is a large well-equipped house particularly the kitchen with a good shared pool. The location is excellent - close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Maria is a very responsive host. We look forward to returning!

Super Aufenthalt! Super Lage! Tolles Objekt

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Eigentlich ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wenn man etwas bemängeln kann, dann sind es die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terasse. Zum Essen absolut ausreichend, aber zum längeren Sitzen wird es irgendwann ungemütlich. Wir würden eine bequeme Sitzlounge empfehlen. Ansonsten war alles super!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für Familie mit Kindern

Wir haben eine gute Woche im März 2024 in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen Sitzplätzen vor und hinter dem Haus, die man je nach Sonnenstand benutzen kann. Für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Die Enkel waren vom Spielhaus und den vielen Spielsachen mit extra Kinderecke sehr begeistert. Maria ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sie hat vor und während des Aufenthalts sehr gut mit uns kommuniziert und sehr schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert. Maria hat uns auch im Vorfeld mit vielen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt, so dass wir uns sofort willkommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Die Pool-Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet. Wir konnten viel Zeit dort aufgrund des guten Wetters im März verbringen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Maria

Hemtrevligt boende med bästa utgångsläge i lugnt område

Ett fräscht och fint boende i ett lugnt område. Vakna till havsutsikt från balkongen och fågelkvitter i den lugna omgivningen. Perfekt läge med bara drygt 5 min till stor matbutik och busshållplats till de flesta linjer på ön. Nära till strandpromenad mot övriga Costa Meloneras och Maspalomas. Härligt att både börja och avsluta dagen på terassen utanför huset. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Super séjour

La maison de Maria a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances. Très bien équipée ( manque peut être juste un moule à tarte), adaptée pour les familles, environnement calme et bien placé. Maria est très attentive au bien être de ses hôtes et toujours présente en cas de besoin.

Heerlijke vakantie

Voor aankomst uitgebreide informatie ontvangen van Maria die een perfecte host is. Zij communiceert vriendelijk, behulpzaam, helder en snel. De vakantiewoning is ruim met 3 verdiepingen en voorzien van alle voorzieningen zoals in de advertentie aangegeven. De woning is schoon en wordt goed onderhouden door klusjesmannen, deze legen bijvoorbeeld iedere dag de vuilcontainer en onderhouden het gehele park. Er is een groot (zoutwater)zwembad en er zijn 2 bubbelbaden met prima ligbedden. Het strand van Meloneras en de boulevard zijn op loopafstand. Voor een onbezorgde en relaxte vakantie is deze woning echt een aanrader!

Ha ido todo genial, el trato con la dueña muy bien, se preocupo en todo momento por resolver todas las dudas que tenia, nos dejaron preparada una cuna y trona para nuestro bebé y algo bascio para el primer día. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa y a un paso del faro, la única pega las cuestas para ir, que con el carrito era algo más costoso

Ideales Haus für Ferien mit kleineren Kindern

Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 2 und 5 Jahre. Im Souterrain des Hauses fanden die Kinder einen Spielbereich vor, den sie sehr gerne nutzten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Angenehm ist, dass das Haus eine Ost-Westausrichtung hat, sodass wir im Außenbereich sowohl die Vormittags- als auch die Nachmittagssonne genießen konnten. Das Haus liegt in einer gepflegten Anlage mit Pools, die wir mit den Kindern gerne nutzten. Der ebenfalls gepflegte Sandstrand ist in wenigen Minuten über einen Gehweg zu erreichen.
