We are working snowbirds. So, we rent our house out during the "winter" months. We spend our winters in Nevada close to the Hoover Dam.
We live in this home during the summer months, spending our time around the fire pit, or out in the mountains.
Why they chose this property
The natural beauty is astounding. This is Colorado! You can see Pikes Peak and Mount Herman from the whole region. An entire range of mountains invites and inspires. The proximity to the Air Force Academy and Colorado Springs is perfect. Drive up to Cripple Creek for gambling and history. Stroll through the Garden of the Gods and muse at enormous rock formations. Drive into the 14,000' mountains for skiing and snow recreation.
We like this neighborhood because it is quiet and secure. All the homes are up-scale. People look out for each other, and care about the security of the area.
