Wonderful rental

Ann, the owner was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the rental very clean. We had everything we needed. The location was quiet and perfect for us. We were sad to leave!

Lower Moon is a really comfortable,cosy cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is well located - not only for being able to walk into the town, but also for other attractions. For example Padstow, Tintagel, Fowey, Mevagissey, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens are all comfortably within an hour's drive. We arrived on 4 July - which was the start of the 'unlocking' post Coronavirus - so Port Isaac was not quite as busy as it may have been normally and not everything was fully open but we were able to eat out on 3 evenings . If visiting any local attractions (e.g Tintagel, the Eden Project) it is essential to pre book at present Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

All tourist places were easily accessible from Port Isaac and the village itself lives up to its billing as a film location for both Fishermans Friends and Doc Martin. We were delighted with our choice to stay at Lower Moon. The property is well furnished and spotlessly clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to self-cater and the co-op in the next street was handy. It was good to have private parking and the property is just a short walk from the harbour. Easy drive to several beaches. Would highly recommend for a family of four. Port Isaac is a great location.
