This holiday was booked shortly after Covid lockdown was eased .
This holiday was booked shortly after Covid lockdown was eased . It was a nice place to stay although we seemed to be driving a lot every day .The ongoing restrictions took a bit of spontaneity out of the trip eg the need to book NT visits and of course they were not completely open and in some cases closed .We realised this before we went but it nevertheless impacted more than we would have thought. In the context of the slightly surreal world we are in at the moment the holiday was good and the hosts at the accommodation were very nice and obliging and we were somewhere different !!
