A Grade II listed cottage sitauted in the heart of the pretty village of Hovingham an area of Outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the beautiful Howardian Hills. Accommodation is set over three floors - Cosy Lounge with log burner leads into a fully fitted kitchen/diner with adjoining Utility Room and shower room. Double Bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor with the a twin bedroom on 2nd floor - which is in loft space, so a narrow staircase and lower ceilings. with an extra childs bed
