A wonderful location with ever changing views of the river and estuary.
A wonderful location with ever changing views of the river and estuary. Shorewater is not really suitable for six. The double bedroom door on the first floor could not close because the bed overhung the doorway and the third bedroom is bunk beds Having said that the main bedroom is lovely. The house could benefit from some better attention though. We felt that it had not been sufficiently prepared e.g freezer compartment heavily iced up. Considering the weather we had, we really enjoyed our stay at Shorewaters, in Appledore.
Considering the weather we had, we really enjoyed our stay at Shorewaters, in Appledore. The view from the main window was fab, changing frequently with the tide, weather and light. Definitely a property to unwind and kick back. Local amenities in Appledore are to be found virtually on the doorstep and we particularly enjoyed our two meals at the Seagate pub. This cottage certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the property, the views are stunning. The added bonus of the balconies add that extra luxury. The property is very spacious and had everything we needed. Great location to the local deli and local bars and restaurants. We loved this property so much we booked a week in 2021 whilst we were there. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
