Excellent break for 4 lads on a golf break. Cottage was good value and everything was as described. Would stay again if we were in the area.

if you want peace and quiet then is for you, great location if you have a car to visit local attractions. Dorchester and Poundbury literally five minute drive away. A lovely quirky cottage we all felt at home straight away. We definitely intend to return. The heating and lights on and welcome pack for our arrival. Beautiful surrounding villages. Really did not want to come home.
Short break away. Everything we needed. No frills. Garden could do with a tidy up & a bit of TLC inside the property but for the price we were all very happy & comfortable.
Lovely stay. Beds were amazingly comfy. Lovely cosy cottage with everything we needed for a short break with the family and dog while son played rugby for the weekend in Dorchester. Easy to find, good comms with the owners. All in all we couldn’t fault it!

Great location
We stayed here For a balmy week in August.
Location wise the property was excellent for exploring the Dorset coast and countryside.
Re the property it could do with a freshen up (e.g. the front door, back garden and general decor). It is also worth mentioning that the property is not particularly suitable for the elderly or very young guests as the upstairs floor is uneven and the bathroom is downstairs.
The property is well equipped, but a dishwasher would be a welcome asset!

Cute cottage, decently equipped, good wifi, secluded location.
Cute cottage, decently equipped, good wifi, secluded location. Good for the price, though the garden could use a little TLC. My only issue was that the garden was not fenced and the stable door has no latch, so our dog managed to push open the door and get out in the road before we noticed her gone.
