From the front gate, a public right of way gives access to a countryside littered with footpaths to enjoy. A west facing lawn in front of the magnificent barn can be used to sit, relax and enjoy the views into the evening sunshine. The Briar is ideally situated for access to the Peak District and many other attractions, Chatsworth House is less than an hour away, Derby city can be reached in 20 minutes. The Black Swan, restaurant and pub is within walking distance. There is ample parking on the owners’ drive.
