This holiday home is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and is close enough to nearby towns.. Ground Floor:

Living/dining room: Freeview TV, Z-Bed

Kitchen: Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Cot and highchair. Payphone. Small enclosed rear garden. Garage parking for 1 car; private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. An end terrace of three modern houses situated in a village between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. The nearby towns of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth have many attractions to suit all tastes and offer a variety of restaurants. The nearest beach is at Gorleston, and there are other beaches at Corton, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Visit Norwich for its cathedral, museums and shops, or seek the thrills to be had at nearby Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. Alternatively, try Bressingham Gardens, Sandringham, or simply enjoy a leisurely trip on the Broads. Shops, pubs, and restaurants ¼ mile.

Nice, comfortable and warm smallish house on a relatively modern housing estate. Not necessarily really special as holiday lets go, but very clean and reasonably furnished with all we needed. Very nice bathroom, kitchen is good too Although the owner is not local, he is particularly attentive, phoning a few days before to go through the basics and sent a very good comprehensive email too. Parking was OK for our large car, and heating worked quickly and well.Good location for exploring the area; highly recommend Gorleston Beach (head to the South end where the beach huts are), and seek out the Lydia Eva Drifter (the small ship useful in the film 'Wonka') and ask for a tour; they currently ask for a donation, but worthy of generosity. Yarmouth sea front is OK.

Last minute booking for a week away. The cottage was clean and tidy and very comfortable If I added anything it would be some coat hooks and a shoe rack near the door. the kitchen could have done with some additional big serving dishes. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Excellent cottage, we couldn't have been happier.

Excellent cottage, we couldn't have been happier. I am not sure on what facts the previous reviewer based his comments but we couldn't have been happier. Some highlights were the really comfortable beds, so often you go away and the beds have springs poking out but these beds were lovely and comfortable with almost brand new mattresses I believe. The tv was super, we couldn't locate a wire but the owner immediately resolved the problem for us. I wasn't expecting a washing machine which was there complete with washing powder, a long washing line, huge number of pegs, a washing basket. There was a constant supply of hot water for washing up and numerous plate, cups, bowls, saucepans, frying pans and even a super egg poacher. Any equipment you needed for cooking was there. It was also a pleasant surprise to have wifi available. There was plenty of parking around the cottage and a sandy beach was around the corner, approx 5 minutes walk, but parking was free by the beach. Everything was very clean on our arrival and the house was light and airy. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage to rent for the week and it is excellent value for money. We are a family of 4 with 2 growing children, 7 and 12.

We are a family of 4 with 2 growing children, 7 and 12. Sea Breeze was an excellent base for us to explore Norfolk. It has more than enough by way of facilities within the property to allow us a comfortable stay and enough room for us as a family. The owner and housekeeper were hugely helpful and very supportive when a mobile phone was left behind at the end of our stay. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Nice little cottage in a nice quite location , easy access to two main towns and Hopton's own beach, could do with a bit of an upgrade with décor and there's no wi-fi (not good for teenagers) .
