A delightful 19th Century holiday cottage set in unspoilt countryside and near to a number of popular surfing beaches.. Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: Freeview TV, Multi-Fuel Burner

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Washing Machine

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds

Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity and bed linen included. Fuel for multi-fuel burner available locally. Travel cot and highchair. Garden with garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Wonderful surfing beaches nearby. In the heart of unspoilt countryside near the wonderful surfing beaches of Polzeath, Treyarnon and Constantine plus glorious cliff top walks and coastal rambles within easy reach. This delightful, 19th-century, converted holiday cottage set in a courtyard is within sight of the Camel Estuary and the magnificent coastline at Padstow and Rock, near to St Enodoc and its spectacular cliff top golf course. Excellent sailing, angling and windsurfing are available in the estuary and at sea. There are also golf and horse riding facilities nearby. Cycling and walking on the Camel Trail. A meals service from the ’on site’ country pub is available. Shop 1 mile, pub with good food 25 yards.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. Description exactly what it says. I knew there wasn't any internet and TV was old brought a fire stick and a mobile WiFi device. Love the location. We definitely come back.

Lovely cottage within a few miles of Padstow and 1 mile from Wadebridge. M&S, Aldi, Tesco, B&M within 2 min drive. Shame the pub hadn’t re opened following COVID, would have been perfect. Great central location but everything is a drive. We coved the coast from Port Isaac down to Newquay and nothin more than a 30 min drive. Few bits removed from the cottage due to the restrictions but not to the detriment. The only things we missed were bathroom towels and a table and chairs in the shared garden area as we love to eat outdoors. (There is a bench though) Our only negative were the beds. The single beds were Very narrow and a little unsteady. And the Double bed was too firm for our liking but might suit others! And wi-fi would have been useful as the phone signal in Cornwall is always iffy! But we still had a fab time Andy & Gaynor July 2020 Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

I like the cottage very much and would go back but the beds really let it down.

We enjoyed our stay but would have expected towels and there was no hair dryer as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay but would have expected towels and there was no hair dryer as advertised. On arrival the cottage was cold and the heating wasn’t on. We contacted the owners number to get instructions on how to get the heating working but the call went to answer machine. We therefore, left a message and asked for a call back which never came. That was disappointing.
