This a very good holiday rental property.
This a very good holiday rental property. It would be hard to find any real faults. It is comfortable, well maintained and well resourced. It is in a very quiet location but within easy reach of Hunstanton for shops etc. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location, convenient for exploring north west Norfolk. The only possible down sides could be the steep stairs to the accommodation and that bathrooms are not on the bedroom floor which may be a night time problem for some.

Needs a lot of TLC
The property was basically clean although carpets were a bit grubby, not from just one years rental. There was a lot of chipped cracked and flaking paint which again was not recent as it was too bad. Plaster was cracking. I know it was an old building, but it needs redecorating. A shelf cupboard in the kitchen had broken and fallen down so was unusable and a second pullout cupboard was was immovable. One a of the toilets did not flush well. Overall it needs looking at. It would have been helpful to say the toilets were down a flight of stairs from the bedrooms as small children and the elderly may find it dangerous during the night.
