Gilberts was in a good location, especially if you enjoy walking. We were able to plan walks from the door. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the owner was friendly and helpful. The village has an excellent pub which is a short stroll from the cottage but need to book in advance as the pub is very popular. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Perfect accommodation for a single person or a couple (double bed) next to the farm house, in the centre of a small quiet village. Friendly and welcoming farm owners live right next to cottage (as do their friendly collie dogs--it is a working sheep farm). Plenty of off-road parking. Attractive, but not "chocolate box" Cotswold village, and off main roads. Nevertheless, very close to Chipping Campden and some good walking country. The only things which could, possibly be improved: twin beds, rather than a double (would allow friends to share); a shower seat in walk-in shower; microwave dishes.
