Beautiful barn conversion situated in a rural location with fantastic views. Great for walking from the barn across the countryside. The hot tub was fabulous on our return from the long walks! The owners kept topping up our supply of logs to keep the log burner going. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back! We have just spent a week here and had a really lovely stay.

We have just spent a week here and had a really lovely stay. I would recommend it for anyone needing a dog friendly place. Newtown has a great park area, with a river walk and there are many walk of varying levels within in walking distance of the cottage. The hot tub was great and a enjoyed by us all. Great stay. There were 7 of us who came to stay for sisters birthday. There wasn’t much they hadn’t thought about in the house with the added bonus of the hot tub. All of the rooms were spacious and great to have a choice of bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved the large screen snug. Would definitely stay again. Absolutely fantastic host Chris could no do enough for you.

Absolutely fantastic host Chris could no do enough for you. Great touch of chocolates and wine when we arrived. While we were in the house we congregate in the cinema room and spent most of our time in there. The house is very warm and inviting the only thing I would change is as the house can sleep 9 people there was an under counter freezer which you could not fit a lot in for that many people.

Stayed for a long weekend in this beautiful barn conversion. Every little detail had been thought through and there was nothing we could fault with the whole weekend. The Hot tub was a joy and we enjoyed using it everyday that we were there. The barn itself was was immaculate and the teenagers really enjoyed using the cinema room. We would highly recommend this property and will hopefully return in the future.

This is one of those places that ticks all the boxes and more.

This is one of those places that ticks all the boxes and more. Very comfortable and relaxed. It’s difficult to find nice accommodations when you have 3 dogs in your party but this certainly was top class. We particularly enjoyed the cinema room and the hot tub. Nice river walks in Newtown lots of nice places to eat and drink.
