Good location.
Good location. Good hosts. Great fireplace. Would have preferred a better view from the garden, but can’t have it all... Overall, just what we asked for and would return again. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a fantastic week staying at the smiddy. Everything was clean and tidy. We felt at home eventhough in a pandemic! It was kid friendly and the owners were on hand and very helpful when needed. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The Smiddy was warm and comfortable.
The Smiddy was warm and comfortable. Toaster did not work - just bellowed smoke. All other equipment seemed to be alright. Hosts were helpful. Not many local amenities, local shop basic or as our hosts said ' more inconvenience than convenience store.' Dog walking was easy - 5mins from loch head.

We went to The Smiddy with 4 children and a dog.
We went to The Smiddy with 4 children and a dog. It was a perfect size for us all. Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows. Everything you can think of is in the cottage. Lots of lovely walks nearby. Village shop very useful. Would love to return.
