Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack.. Balcony. Bike store. Private parking for 1 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children or babies. There is a fenced river, 20 yards away.. Peacefully situated on the banks of the River Cree, this very well presented terraced cottage is located in the town of Newton Stewart and is within walking distance of all amenities. Newton Stewart has many shops, cafés and restaurants to choose from. With the Galloway Forest and Dark Skies Park close by, the cottage is ideally placed to explore the beauty of south west Scotland. The location is perfect for walkers, golfers and cyclists, with Glentrool, Kirroughtree and the 7Stanes mountain bike trails nearby, as well as a great choice of golf courses. There is an abundance of fishing, bird watching, beautiful and exotic gardens, many rocky coves, sandy beaches and quaint villages to explore along the Machars Peninsula. Beach 14 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
