Guests can visit the estate’s spa located opposite the house with the free spa passes provided (special treatments by arrangement). On-site facilities include indoor and outdoor heated pools (20m), eco-pool, sauna, steam room, gym, hard tennis courts, multi-activity court, nature trails, cycle tracks and lakes for paddle boarding / sailing. A shop and pub/restaurant are also on the estate (Ballihoo). Cotswolds Water Park nearby also offers a wide range of activities (water sports, fishing, etc) and is part of an internationally famous nature reserve where a large variety of wildlife can be observed in total tranquility. City attractions such as Bath, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all within easy reach. Kemble railway station (1hr 10mn direct train from London Paddington) is 10 minutes away by car/taxi. Couples and family bookings only. No smoking permitted. There is an open waterway at the bottom of the garden. LATEST UPDATE: all new white goods, dishwasher, mattresses, pillows, bed linens and towels purchased in 2025. One of the two outdoor pools is currently closed for renovation, expected to re-open in June 2026.
