Appartement totalement conforme au descriptif, bien agencé, la cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire; lumineuse ,avec belle vue sur la plage au loin.Un plus : La loggia une vrai pièce à vivre avec vue sur la baie de Royan.Idéal pour un couple soigneux car ce nid douillet est décoré avec de belles choses, de qualité.Parking au pied de la résidence.

Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, côté logia et cuisine,résidence très calme et très propre, tout à proximité pour quelques courses, marché tous les jours,pistes cyclabes bien aménagées aussi.Belle promenade à faire le long de la côte et phare de Vallieres, musée du Fa à faire à tout prix, visite guidee par une archéologue , zoo de la Palmyre..Nous connaissions bien les autres années, les parties Royan, St Palais sur mer, nous avions déjà fait les phares de Cordouan, très historique et la Coubre, 2 phares incontournables dans cette région. Malgré, une météo, un peu capricieuse, il y a toujours moyen de visiter, de se reposer, de se baigner et de se balader, et prendre du bon air
