We enjoyed a bank holiday weekend here.
We enjoyed a bank holiday weekend here. The house is lovely and within walking distance to the shooting ground. We had a lesson there which was great and the clubhouse serves great meals to non members, even if you are not shooting, so it's the nearest place to eat out. We would be happy to stay here again, the house is beautifully decorated with everything you need. However, we would be reluctant to visit in the summer as none of the french doors actually open and only the kitchen window and utility window open on the ground floor. Several other visitors have mentioned this in the in-house guest book. The welcome basket was lovely, thank you!
