This new 3 bedroom villa, contemporary style is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Phuket, in an incredible tropical and natural environment. Located just 10 minutes by car from Kamala beach and a short drive from great beaches. Nearby you will find the center of Kamala with its restaurants, shops, pharmacies, banks ...
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon your arrival, this will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 Baht Kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No supplement to pay for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
