Nice apartment that can accommodate 6 people.
Spacious and very functional, with a 50M2 terrace in the city center.
Ideally located 200m from the beach and in the heart of the city center. The walled city, the halls, the shops and the spa on foot.
Beautiful modern fitted and functional kitchen with access to the terrace. Oven, microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Large central island. Living room with parquet floor. 2 large bright bedrooms of 15 and 17M2, a smaller bedroom with a 140 bed. 1 contemporary shower room with Italian shower and the vintage bathroom with bath / shower and sink from the 50s., 2 separate toilets.

An excellent apartment with all the facilities located near the centre of the town and close to the beach. It has the advantage of a garage as car parking in Concarneau is difficult. Very good communication with Janine, albeit in French but with Google translate no problem. Highly recommended.

An excellent apartment, conveniently located in a beautiful coastal town. The beaches, places of interest, shops and restaurants are close at hand. Furthermore the property had off road parking, was very clean and had all the facilities required for a great stay.

September in Concarneau

We had a very enjoyable stay in this excellent well equipped property, with secure garage parking. Although centrally located the area was very quiet. With Ville Close, shops and restaurants just a short walk away this apartment is ideal for a stay in Concarneau.

Lovely apartment in great location

A really well-equipped and comfortable apartment with lovely outside sitting area in a quiet location, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, local shops, restaurants and bars. Parking in nearby streets can be very limited so being able to park the car in the garage below the apartment is a huge benefit. Concarneau itself is a lovely small town with almost everything you need within walking distance.

I booked this for my family vacation with one elderly parent and one kid also in my group. It’s was clean and very convenient location close to avenue so easy to get cabs. Multiple stores deli for food walkable to major attractions. In the heart of the city. It did not have shampoo or soap which host sent to us next day. Few problems I faced are- as I travelled on weekend and when hot water was not available first day, it could not be fixed till night and we had to take cold shower to go out. Secondly listing shows location of building in different street which is better location and better looking building from exterior. Third issue is it’s on 2nd floor which was not mentioned so it was bit difficult for parents. More pictures of interior on listing can help people to decide. Also it was bit pricey but can’t complaint as it’s in manhattan hudson yard.

Geräumige Stadtwohnung mit Garagenplatz, von der aus fußläufig das Stadtzentrum schnell erreicht werden kann. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit super Gastgebern in zentraler Lage und drei Schlafzimmern

Die Lage, die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren außergewöhnlich! Die Zimmer waren großzügig. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbummel, Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. Vorhandene Unterlagen geben viele Tipps für die Umgebung und auch sehr gute Restaurant Empfehlungen. Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet, was man benötigen könnte. Von der Waschmaschine über den Geschirrspüler bis hin zur Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine war alles vorhanden. Essplätze innen wie außen auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Das Inserat hat nichts beschönigt. Très bel appartement bien placé

Bel appartement spacieux, bien décoré et équipé. Parfaitement placé en plein centre ville avec place de parking. Il est à proximité des commerces de la ville close de l’école de voile des plages des restaurants et du marché….Idéal qu’il fasse beau ou mauvais temps!
