The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Paula-3 is a modern style furnished villa that enjoys a calm atmosphere, fine decoration, and a central location, only 1,5km from the center of Moraira, a very popular holiday resort in Costa Blanca. Near the main beaches and coves close to the center of Moraira, where you can find a large variety of bars and restaurants while experiencing the beautiful sunrise. The villa offers a parking space for the car and spacious outdoor space, a private swimming pool with a nice terrace, sunbeds and a BBQ area at the back of the villa, all surrounded by a beautiful variety of palm trees and Mediterranean flowers.

The villa accommodation is all on one level, we entrance to a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area, with patio furniture to enjoy breakfast in the sun, that lead to an open lounge/dining room with heating +SAT + DVD +TV all connected to the fully equipped kitchen.

The lounge flows into a master bedroom with an A/C unit and a shower room, plus a twin bedroom with A/C and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom. From the kitchen, we access the BBQ area at the back of the villa with a dining table surrounded by a nice garden with beautiful views and together with its facilities exterior and interior will bring you a perfect holiday experience.
