Completely renovated in 2008, this pleasant house, tastefully decorated is located in a quiet neighborhood near the city center and the beach of white sands. The garden has been completely re-designed in 2011 and a large wooden deck was made to enjoy the outdoors.

Het is een oud huisje. Het parket in de woonplaats is op sommige plaatsen aan herstelling toe. Meerdere eetborden stonden niet proper in de kast in de woonplaats. Jammer dat de sleutel in een sleutelbox lag en we dus ook geen kennis konden maken met de eigenaar. Rustige buurt en mooie omgeving!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Concarneau. Das Haus liegt toll und bietet alles, was mach für entspannte Ferien benötigt. Auch die Sauberkeit und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Très bon séjour à Concarneau. Maison très propre, spacieuse et bien équipé. Prêt du centre ville et de la plage, environ 15 minutes à pied. On reviendra avec plaisir!Very good stay in Concarneau. House was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Close to the town centre and the beach, approx. 15 minutes walk. Would happily stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette maison. Très agréable, bien équipée et parfaitement située, à proximité des commodités (commerces, plages, etc.). L'extérieur est un vrai plus pour profiter des beaux jours en toute tranquillité. La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable, idéale pour des vacances reposantes. We opted to clean the house ourselves but neglected to clean a small amount of crumbs from under the toaster. One of our party used the kitchen table after we had wiped it down and left a ketchup stain for which we paid the €70 fee. However the grooves in said table had crumbs in them. When we arrived the front door was dirty. There's no kettle. House smelled unaired/musty. Towels were stained with bleach - one bed sheet was very stained so unusable. Bedroom wall had brown stains coming through the paint and the ceiling over the staircase was peeling. There's no handrail on lower part of stairs which resulted in me falling down said stairs. There appears to be woodworm in the overhead kitchen cupboard and also the bedroom floors. The outdoor furniture was broken and unuseable.

eine Woche Bretagne

Concarneau kannten wir vorher gar nicht, es ist sehr viel los wg. der Fans der Bretagne-Krimis mit Kommissar Dupin (kannten wir vorher auch nicht). Die Altstadt ist trotz des Trubels schön, und wir konnten anfangs sogar im Meer baden (in der Bretagne nicht selbstverständlich). Wir waren am Schlusswochenende des Stadtfestes (Filets bleus) angekommen, was man sich unbedingt ansehen sollte. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, alles ist vorhanden, wenngleich langsam mal wieder eine Renovierung erfolgen sollte.

Très belle maison avec jardin qui est juste à côté du chemin vert (vélo et piéton) menant au centre ville en une dizaine de minutes à pied. Rien a dire et tout le monde avait sa chambre 😁 Et merci à Thomas qui a été très disponible et réactif 🙏

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus mit Terasse ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt in bequemer Nähe zu Innenstadt und Strand, Supermärkten und Bäcker.
