Villa Losino is a beautiful sea view villa with private pool and playground, located just outside the town of Polignano a Mare, a few kilometers from the main tourist attractions of Puglia. It is located just 3 km from the sea and the city center, in the quiet countryside of Puglia, surrounded by 5000 square meters of private land with all kinds of fruit trees, tall pines and palm trees, and a characteristic rock garden. Its location in the hills guarantees a perfect temperature in every season. It has an area of ​​150 square meters, and is equipped with a sea view pool 7x9 meters, deep from 1.30 meters to 3 meters, where the blue of the pool blends with the blue of the sea! Around the pool there is a relaxing stone paved solarium area with comfortable sun beds and furnishings. Complete the exteriors, a large barbecue area and playground. The property is completely fenced, has electronic gate, alarm system, parking area,external video surveillance that can be deactivated upon arrival at the request of customers. VillaLosino is divided on two floors, on each floor there is an apartment; ANYWAY THE VILLA IS RENTED TO ONLY ONE GROUP OF GUESTES, SO THERE ARE NO SHARED ZONES. On the ground floor there is a small apartment with double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette arranged for breakfast. On the first floor there is the larger apartment with a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 beds (single plus bunk bed), a bathroom with shower, a large living room, and the wonderful fully equipped kitchen overlooking the sea on the veranda.
The veranda is covered and has a large table, from there you can enjoy the view of Polignano and its beautiful sea. Each room is light and airy; the house is equipped with TV, washing machine, DISHWASHER STARTING SEASON 2023, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, independent heating, barbecue, free wifi, mosquito nets. Each area of ​​Villa Losino is immersed in the smells of the typical Apulian fruits of the garden left at guests' disposal.
ATTENTION: The villa is rented to a single group of guests. There are no shared areas. However, it is possible to choose whether to occupy one or both of the plans, varying only the amount of final cleaning that have to be payed by cash at the arrive,like for tourist tax and towel/linen.

This is the perfect place for families with young children. It wasn't really pool weather, but the 5 year old and the 2 1/2 year old loved the playground. Katia guided us to the property and gave us lots of great advice during our stay.

We had a great family holiday. Everything was perfect. Katia, our host, was wonderful, very helpful and available. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. The terrace has a magnificent sea view, as shown in the photos. The pool is really big. We would recommend this villa and would be delighted to return.

Fantastic holiday

we had a fantastic holiday, in a fantastic holiday home. It was a nice pool with a really good size. The view is indescribably beautiful from the lovely terrace. The hostess who welcomed us and was available throughout the holiday, was very nice and helpful! Can only be recommended if you want to relax in peaceful surroundings with your own large pool.

A great house with a huge outstanding garden and spaceous pool area that is filled with beautiful plants. We enjoyed the great view at the sea and loved to watch all the vessels and boatsts go by in a distance. We were lucky to have our binoculars with us! The nearby village Monopoli is adorable and the sandy beaches close-by are great to enjoy! Our lovely host Katia took care of everything in a very kind and comfortable way. She also had a lot of good suggestions where to go and how to spend a great time and was always available. We had a perfect stay!

Great villa in a great area!

The property is really impressive, the pool is a nice size and the view of the sea from the terrace is simply stunning. For small children there is a climbing frame with 5 slides, which is very high quality. Communication with the landlord was easy and we always had support during our stay when we needed it. Many thanks to Katia!

Everything and more

The accommodation was great for both us and our daughter, husband and granddaughter. The gardens, pool, bbq area and outside seating areas were perfect and our granddaughter was over the moon with her own 'jungle gym'. The host met us and guided us in, gave us a full tour of the accommodation, provided us with a great list of restaurants, attractions, supermarket opening times and returned to help us out on one occasion. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

This villa was amazing. So much bigger than we thought it would be. We stayed here with friends of ours and we couldn’t see or hear them unless we wanted to! Sometimes photos don’t always give you a true picture of what something really is, but this surpassed our expectations. The property is huge, and all surrounded by a private fence. Totally quiet…you’re surrounded by fields, yet only a short drive to the train station if you want to go into Bari or Monopoli. Stores are only about 10 minutes away as well. The only thing to note (and this had nothing to do with the villa itself) is that you really need a car here. One day our car was giving us trouble, and although Uber came to pick us up, the app didn’t recognize the location to bring us back and it was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay, and Katia was quick to answer our questions.

Wonderful house and pool close to nice town

We are a family of 2 adults, 3 children (8-10-12 years) who stayed one week in this wonderful house. The house is big and the surroundings are full of space too. The pool was perfect (app. 6 x 8 m) and deep in one side, so it was possible to play and make great jumps. Communication was easy in English and check in/out went smooth. You can reach the town in 9-10 min. - nice beach and holiday town. Our warmest recommandations.

Overall we enjoyed our stay despite the high winds on the first two days. The swimming pool was great and the children enjoyed the table football especially. Katia was extremely helpful and tried to sort out one or two difficulties which arose. One thing she couldn't help with was the loss of Internet in the last 2 days when we were trying to book trains. A kettle and a sponge for washing up in the lower flat would have been an asset. The bin collection was incomprehensible!

Beautiful setting

The property is situated in the midst of a number of fields and is elevated so that it provides wonderful views and even to the sea. The secluded area is very private and secure...but is a bit of a drive to Polignano a Mare beach area--approximately 12-15 minutes. The property has wonderful outside areas with a huge dining area outside the upper unit and lots of areas to lay around the pool and sit outside. The outdoor BBQ area worked very well and the property is quite spacious. The only criticism would be that I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the matress should be replaced. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful property. Check in with Katy was easy and she coordinated a meeting spot to help us find the location of the property. The location is close to many places such as Polignano a Mare and Monopoli and even an easy drive to Bari.

Dear Jeff, we are happy you enjoyed your stay in the villa. Upon your departure we discovered that the central axis of the bed was broken. Therefore the problem was not the mattress, which is new, 30 cm high and made of excellent quality memory, but rather the structure. We're sorry we didn't know about the problem sooner, we would have intervened during your stay!

Beautiful view of countryside and sea

We loved the remote location, which was a little difficult to find, but Katia the manager was wonderful in showing us the way the first time. The view over the adjoining farms was nice, and when it was clear, we could see the Sea. I would suggest lots of bug repellant as we were covered with mosquito bites and yellow jacket attacks, which Katia said would be addressed next season. Note that there is no microwave or dishwasher. The downstairs apartment is a bit spare, but the upstairs was quite well equipped. The pool was well cleaned but the water a bit cold by October….still great for children. The proximity to Polignano and the supermarket was excellent….we were very happy there for 10 days….Katia could not have been kinder.

Dear Patrizia, glad to know you had a good stay.This year unfortunately in September and October mosquitoes arrived leaving us unprepared. For next season we will act preventively. About wasps, the problem occurred in all the countryside due to the high temperatures of this hot summer. But as in any countryside, we suggest our guests not to leave food scraps, dirty crockery or garbage outside that inevitably attract unwelcome guests. Thank you, see you next time :-) Starting 2023 a microwawe and a dishwasher will be present.

Die Außenanlage des Anwesens ist wirklich beeindruckend, man hat unglaublich viel Platz und alles ist äußerst gepflegt. Bereits die Ankunft bzw. der Check in verlief absolut problemlos. Katia hat alles hervorragend organisiert, sehr professionell gehandhabt und war dabei jederzeit ausgesprochen freundlich.Für uns war auch die Lage des Hauses ideal. Man genießt hier wirklich 100 % Privatsphäre, besser geht es kaum.Der einzige Punkt, der uns persönlich nicht ganz so gefallen hat, war die Innenausstattung. Die Möbel wirkten im Verhältnis zum ansonsten hochwertigen Anwesen etwas schlicht und teilweise auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aus unserer Sicht würde eine Modernisierung des Mobiliars das Gesamtbild noch deutlich aufwerten.Auch die Dusche könnte unseres Erachtens einmal renoviert werden. Dennoch hat uns der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Anwesen definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben traumhafte Tage in der Villa verbracht. Der Empfang durch Katia war herzlich und unkompliziert und sie hat auf unserer Anfragen jeweils sofort reagiert und kompetent ihre Hilfe angeboten. Das Haus, der Garten und die Poolanlage sind sehr grosszügig und alles war blitzblank sauber. Wir können das Ferienhaus und deren Vermieterin wärmsten weiterempfehlen!
