Villa very close to Ibiza, Playa den Bossa, Salinas and other points of tourist interest, also supermarket, nightclubs.
The villa is very equipped to make you feel at home and is distributed as follows: 1 master bedroom suite with dressing room and view of the pool, 2 rooms: extra-large bed 200x200.3 room: with 2 beds of 90x200, 4 room: with sofa bed 140x200 for 2 people, the 5 room: with bed of 105x200 is outside the apartment and has a full bathroom, inside the villa there are 2 bathrooms, living room, reading room, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, liquidifier, juicer and cutlery, plates, glasses, glasses etc ...
You can also enjoy a chill out area next to the pool and an American style barbecue in an area with a large teak table for 10 people, and for your safety the villa has a safe and alarm, there is room to store 3 or 4 cars depending on the size.
The villa has an excellent location and is in a very quiet area for your rest.

Relaxed and lovely stay!

A nice big house, 10 min from Ibiza city. A nice owner who was very helpful. Great pool with lots of chairs and relax spots. We loved the beds and different pillows! Kids had a great time too.

Lovely villa and host

Great home-from-home villa. Well equipped and very clean. Pool area was great. The host, Valéria, was wonderful - very helpful and communication was great. Good quiet location with a supermarket only 15 mins walk away.

Very great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything you need was there and with three bathrooms it was perfect for eight people. We only found it a little irritating to find a forgotten pair of underwear and socks next to a bed. However, the rest of the house was very clean.

Weekend in Ibiza

We had a group of 6 adults and the villa was great! The emphasis is definitely on the outside area which was absolutely incredible and the most important part. One of the bedrooms had 2 single beds which would be great if you had kids, but not so good for adults. The host was amazing and great with communication. Overall it was a great first stay in Ibiza!

Well equipped kitchen, rooms & beds were comfortable, great communication with host including flexibility around the check in/out times. We arrived shortly after the flash flooding which meant that the pool wasn't really useable for the majority of our stay & when it was, there were loads of tiles that had come loose but this isn't the fault of the owner of course, it was just a shame for our stay. Additionally, the air con was great where there were remotes to work it but we couldn't find all of the remotes. Other than that, the place was fantastic. The outside space was really nice & the area was lovely & quiet with a supermarket 15 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend

Great apartment

Lovely clean and private place with a great pool and pool area. We had a great time and I thought it was incredible value Note; Taxis needed to get around as no local facilities to hand. It’s downstairs in the villa only. Hadnt realised this. Some noise above in mornings.

We were a bit surprised when we arrived and after our first night that the owner lived above us. This is not mentioned on VRBO, however this is mentioned in the reviews (which we read afterwards). To avoid such situation I think it should mentioned pro-actively to people who rent the villa. In addition, the owner also has 2 dogs which were noisy in the morning around 8h AM. Secondly, we didn’t receive any instructions on how to clean the pool, after the first 3 days the swimming pool became dirty where the bottom of the swimming pool was not visible anymore, probably due to sun creme. The check-in instructions were very clear and well upfront communicated. The villa itself was very nice and had a good location. Everything was also foreseen like a fridge outside at the poolhouse (which we highly appreciated). We had a lot of tools available in the kitchen to cook what we wanted. The availability of towels was also something we highly appreciated.

Family holiday Augt 2023

Lovely villa. 3 double bedrooms (1 ensuite) & 1 separate annex with a single bed and ensuite. Big sofa which could probably sleep another 2 but it's in the main living area. Gorgeous outside area, mattress sunbed under a 4 poster canopy, corner sofa unit also under cover so lots of shade. Soft sunbed cushions. Pool towels and bath towels provided so you can easily take just hand luggage. Loads of alcohol left by previous occupants which we were allowed to drink for free. Coffee & coffee pods, teabags, dishwasher tablets etc etc all provided. Local Mercadona supermarket only 15mins walk away. Taxi from airport to villa was only 15 euros, cheaper to just jump in one than to prebook from UK. Taxi to Amnesia only about 15 euros too. Valeria was so easy to deal with via the Vrbo app, responded immediately with great English. I'd definitely recommend this villa.

Super goed gehad!!

De villa is perfekt voor een lang weekend. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Het is echter alleen een stukje lopen van stad en strand, maar voor een paar euro met de taxi goed te doen. Supermarkt ligt in de buurt. Het zwembad en de lounge is heerlijk, hier kun je echt genieten! En Valeria, dankjewel voor alle hulp en goede tips!!

Ibiza trip

Valeria was more than accommodating on more than one occasion. When the key safe didn’t work she ensured there was a solution and allowed us to pay the taxes in cash. Property was clean and modern and she even ensured we had a bottle of cava in celebration of my friends wedding!

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung etwa 15 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Alles ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich hat uns allen besonders gut gefallen.

Agréable séjour pour une famille.

3,5/5 notre sejour a st jordi c’est tres bien derouler la maison est tres cosy et bien équipée en revanche dans l’annonce il n’était pas stipulé que la proprietaire vivait au dessus (balcon vue piscine) nous pensions avoir l’intégralité de la villa sinon nous ne l’aurions pas prit, je pense qu’il est necessaire que les locataires le sache. La maison est assez mal insonorisé nous entendions les proprietaire marcher. L’autre point negatif etait qu’on ne pouvait pas faire de bruit apres 23h alors que si des jeunes viennent à Ibiza ce n’est pas pour jouer au scrabble le soir, d’autant que les boites n’etaient pas ouvertent le message de la propriétaire etait assez menacant, au prix de la villa je ne trouve pas cela correct, mis a part cela valeria est une bonne hote et a notre disposition lorsque nous en avions besoin. On recommande la villa mais pour des familles qui ne sont pas a la recherche de fête.

Je suis vraiment assez strict avec les règles, même si nous sommes à Ibiza, l'île n'est pas seulement une fête, donc pour cette même raison j'ai mis dans l'annonce que je n'accepte pas les fêtes ou les événements, mais je suis content de la avis de chaque client !! Vacaciones

Fuimos un grupo de amigas a disfrutar unas merecidas vacaciones en Ibiza. Valeria es un encanto, se mostró disponible siempre que lo necesitamos y nos hizo la estancia muy agradable. La casa está fenomenal, ubicada al lado de Mercadona y en una zona muy tranquila. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. La zona de terraza y piscina también están fenomenal, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Lo único quería comentar que no se alquila la villa entera, la propietaria (Valeria) vive en el piso de arriba y tiene dos perros. En parte nos resultó muy útil porque un día no sabíamos encender la barbacoa y en un segundo bajo a ayudarnos, pero a la vez nos habría gustado saber esta información antes de alquilar la casa, porque al fin y al cabo quita algo de intimidad.
