Apartment inside the Villa di Dariio
Cute, well cared for and well furnished, holiday apartment located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the owner's house, Tuscan style chestnut wood windows with entrance from a patio with wonderful views of the hill country and medieval Lucignano only 2 km of distance.
The entrance to a living room consists of: a new and modern fitted kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, an armchair for 4 people also for 1 double bed, 1 fireplace and 1 satellite TV. The bathroom with a shower is big enough. The room consists of 1 double bed 1 spacious wardrobe and 1 dresser. On the first floor there is 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. All the property is fresh in Summer and very hot in Winter, provided by central heating and adding a wood burning fireplace. Any period of the year is comfortable. The owner lives on the upper floors.
