Protaras Holiday Villa Araella 3 is a new, spacious and modern villa just 5 minute's walk to Green Bay Beach, a Blue Flag beach with white sand and crystal clear blue water.



The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet with a shower. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa with chez long, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances and Nespresso machine.



The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second double bedroom with en-suite shower and a twin bedroom with two large single beds which is also en-suite. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and black-out blinds.



Villa Araella offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and the outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable sunbeds, outside dinning table, BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.



This child friendly villa is fully air-conditioned offers optional stair gates for child safety and is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic break.



Araella is located in one of the best locations of Protaras-Pernera area, just 5 minutes' walk to the picturesque Grenn Bay Beach and about 1.5km from Protaras Centre. Within a 2km radius you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.



The nearest beach is Green Bay which is only about 700m but within a few minutes'drive there can be found many beautiful beaches that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. About 5 minute's drive in the oposite direction you can find Ayia Napa, on othe most cosmopolitan resorts in East Med with some of the most beautiful beaches and vibrant nightlife.



There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 2-5 minutes’ walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.



There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
