Welcome to your Barcelona getaway in the heart of Eixample, on the iconic Calle Enric Granados — a quiet, tree-lined street full of local charm. This spacious 89 m² apartment blends historic Catalan architecture with cozy, modern design, offering a relaxing retreat with room for everyone.
Perfect for families, friends, or business travelers, the apartment is fully equipped for both short and extended stays.

Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building next door, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Check-In & Pre-Arrival Process
For a smooth, fully digital check-in:
Guests must complete a registration form
Pay the Barcelona tourist tax before arrival
Download our guest app to receive your digital key and check-in instructions
All links and details will be sent to you before your stay.

Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).

10,45€ per night and person will be added to the total price.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
