This spacious 4 bedroom villa has a living room with satellite TV, blueray, wifi, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, alarm, safe, terrace and barbecue area. It has a beautiful garden, is fenced and offers privacy. Located 3.5 km from San José, near the beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Comte. 18 km from Ibiza, and 16 km from the airport. The villa is spacious and very comfortable, it is very well maintained, built in the traditional style of the island. Located in a quiet area offers maximum privacy since it is fenced. It has a spacious terrace next to the pool with beautiful views of the islet of Espartar and the Mediterranean Sea. There is a beautiful garden around the house, with areas of grass, palm trees, rockery and fruit trees. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, with satellite TV, fireplace, 4K blueray ... that accesses a terrace where to have breakfast or meals, kitchen and pantry, with fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher , ceramic hob and all the kitchen robots and necessary utensils. There are two rooms with two single beds and one room with a double bed, all with wardrobes. On this floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet with shower. In addition there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room with a safe and a bathroom with a large bathtub and a terrace. The house has alarm, safe, air conditioning in all rooms, sound equipment, free wifi. A baby cot and high chair can be arranged upon request. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with a barbecue and a paved oven. There is a teak wood table where you can enjoy a good barbecue and beautiful views of the sea, with wonderful sunsets. There is private parking.
The neighborhood is quiet and is close to the most beautiful beaches of the island, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa with lots of sand. Also a natural beach with stones at 5 min, Cala Molí. The restaurant Espartar is 500m away, where you can taste fresh fish from the island, paellas and delicious typical dishes. In the beautiful town of San José, at 3.5 km, there are supermarkets and shops.

Tout a été parfait ! La maison était encore plus belle que sur l’annonce. Les hôtes ont été charmants, ils nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été disponibles dans la semaine en cas de question. On n’avait clairement pas envie de repartir !
