The location of the apartment is very convenient for both tourists or business people. This nice and central 4 bedroom apartment is located in one of the main avenues of Lisbon. Fully equipped. All transport links just outside. 5 min away from the St. Jorge Castle, one of the main historic and touristic sites of Lisbon. It is within walking distance of other major touristic attractions of the city such as Rossio 5 min. Chiado 15 min and Bairro Alto 15 min walking. Just down the street you'll find good restaurants with Fado music and bars. From the same avenue you can also take the famous tram nb 28, which takes you through the most typical quarters of Lisbon

Grande appartamento nel centro di Lisbona

Eravamo 9 persone totali (2 famiglie di 4 e 5 persone) e ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo grande appartamento. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la zona living, molto ampia con grande tavolo per 10 persone e spazio per salotto e poltrone. Camere e bagni puliti e funzionali. La posizione è molto buona per i collegamenti, la metro si trova praticamente sotto casa. Un po' rumorosa la via su cui affacciavano 2 camere, ma d'altra parte si è in centro città. Procedura di check-in semplice e veloce, il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato gentile e ci ha lasciato 3 mazzi di chiavi.

Lisbon holiday

The apartment was well suited to for my group. The rooms were good proportions and well spread. The kitchen had few dangerous corners where you could hit your head if not careful. We were very pleased for our stay.

El precio era elevado por los servicios. Tuvimos una plaga de hormigas y debido a ello tuvimos que tirar comida. Aunque fueron rápidos en buscar la solución lo cierto es que no desaparecieron del todo. El sofá no tenía fundas y lo taparon con una colcha pero no sirvió de mucho. La espuma se rompía cada vez que nos sentábamos en él. Los armarios eran muy básicos y no estaban apuntalados a la pared por lo que se movían solo apoyarse en ellos y en uno la puerta no abría bien. La limpieza del suelo no era la correcta, el primer día al caminar descalzo los pies quedaron sucios. Las fotos no son fidedignas a la realidad. Aún así no estuvimos del todo mal, el piso era luminoso, bien comunicado (con metro debajo de casa y el conocido tranvía 28 a 7’ a pie), la cocina estaba bien equipada con lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora...y la persona de contacto fue muy correcta y rápida en contestar cada vez que teníamos un problema.
