Large apartment in stunning 2-bedroom villa with suite bathroom located in the countryside, 2.5 kms from San Gimignano. Privacy and quiet location !!
Charming apartment located in the countryside: from here you can enjoy the best view of the towers of San Gimignano and the surrounding hills. It is a perfect accommodation for walking and for relaxation.
The villa is divided into three apartments, Il Pozzo, Il Focolare and an apartment used during the weekends and holidays by the owners who live near Florence. Il Focolare and Il Pozzo are both on the first floor of the building.

Fabulous Villa near San Gimignano

Our stay in this wonderful villa was perfect! Concetta was an accommodating host and looked after our every need. The grounds and pool were impeccably kept and the location to San Gimignano was less than a mile. I would recommend this rental as it was 5 stars!

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay

The location is 5 minutes outside of San Gimignano and was perfect for a relaxing stay. The property was beautiful. It is off the beaten path, so you don't have to worry about the hustle and bustle of the city crowds. Concetta was very helpful and accommodating.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Tuscan hills!

Firstly, the property is GORGEOUS, literally so picturesque! We loved staying at this property and how wonderful Paolo and Concetta were. They made us feel very comfortable and at home. The only complaint we had was that the listing says there would be bikes, tennis court etc and upon arrival those were not there. My fiancé and I were relying on the bicycles as our main source of transportation to town, so that was a bummer! Everything else was great and would highly recommend.

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay here, the villa fit our family perfectly and the hosts were more than accommodating with extra bedding for our children. The pool had a fabulous view back towards San Gimignano and was clean and a great way to cool down during the heatwave! The only downside is that we travelled to the region during an extreme heatwave upwards of 40deg during the day, there is no AC and only 1 fan for the villa. So we were pretty hot at night, it does cool down overnight and a breeze will come in through the windows but it remains hot till around 4am. Aside from being a little hot overnight we overall had a wonderful stay!

It needs an interior refresh!

The property outside is lovely but the interior needs an update. Old beds and wardrobes. Lots of mosquitos inside and it was warm so we needed the windows open. Maybe a couple of new fans or plug in AC would be nice. It was difficult to communicate with manager because we don’t speak Italian. She responded immediately but was quite dramatic. There were limited supplies and the paid to use old washing machine did not always work.

Maison avec piscine au milieu des vignes, avec vue splendide sur San Gimignano et la campagne Toscane (10min en voiture). Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Environnement très calme. Propriétaires très accueillants, aux petits soins. Maison très propre et bien équipée (attention aux moustiques, mais il y en a partout...). Autre gite (2pers) dans la maison mais pas gênant. Sienne à 45 min, Florence à 1h, Pise à 1h15. Je recommande.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert, und die antiken toskanischen Möbel haben uns gut gefallen. Der Garten ist eine Oase mit vielen Blumen und Zitronenbäumchen und immer dem Blick auf San Gimignano. Der Swimmingpool war sehr angenehm, und er wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Conchetta und Paolo haben uns alle Wünsche etfüllt und sich um unser Wohlergehen gesorgt. Es gibt für jedes Schlafzimmer einen Ventilator. Diese waren für uns im Juni allerdings noch nicht nötig. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

prachtige ligging

Prachtige ligging van het huisje met zicht op San Gimignano waarvoor het een 10/10 verdient. gelegen midden tussen de velden en bossen, heel rustig. Het huisje zelf is groot binnen , typisch Italiaans ingericht maar met wel wat verouderd meubilair. Er is geen TV wat in de zomer geen probleem is maar op regenachtige dagen toch een beetje een gemis. Prachtige tuin met prachtig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Wel een pittige wandeling bergop tot in San Gimignano ( 45 min. ) maar zeker de moeite waard.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jungen (beide 16 Jahre) in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns auch ein Restaurant empfohlen, das wir gleich 2x in der Woche besuchten (Tre Case an der Straße nach Gambassi Terme). Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Ruhe, der herrliche Garten mit Blick auf San Gimignano, der Pool und die Laube mit Grill, wo wir einen schönen Grillabend mit Bistecca fiorentina hatten.

Zauberhafte Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb von San Gimignano. Man kann in ca. 30 bis 45 Minuten in den Ort spazieren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in jeder Minute genossen.
