Location! Location! Location! This Urban Casita provides an experience like no other. This three bedroom, two bath, completely renovated home is literally a three minute walk to the River Walk, Pearl Brewery, Hotel Emma, highly rated restaurants, bars, and popular night-life entertainment. The home is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Within a 15 minute walk, you will pass by 15-20 different restaurants and bars. Or if not, just stay in hot tub and relax!!!!

This property is amazing because from a 3-15 minute walk, you can access over 20 different restaurants and bars, but it is still on a quiet street surrounded by other homes with families.

Walking around the neighborhood is the most convenient way to get around. This part of San Antonio has established highly prominent biking lanes as well. There are bicycles you can rent at the Pearl to get around downtown San Antonio. We are about a 10 minute bike ride from many museums and parks around our area. Driving is ideal for destinations such as Fiesta Texas or Sea World. Uber is another option to consider getting around. A non-surge fare of around $5 will typically get you anywhere downtown.

Host took care of even minor issues. Was a lovely house, the teens loved the hot tub, adults loved the breeze on the deck. Walking to Pearl area was easy so even the grandparents could do it. We drove downtown to the riverwalk in a matter of minutes. San Antonio is a real gem of a town for a low key family spring break.

We had a really great time at this house. The one thing I would say would be the instructions for the pool should probably be placed beside the pool so there's no confusion on how to use it. Otherwise, it was a great house and we loved our stay!
