Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with terrace and solarium just 200 meters from the beach and the main square. The accommodation with capacity for 2 persons, is located on the fourth floor with elevator. It has a room with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bathroom with bathtub. Large living room, with sofa bed, dining table, TV and free wifi. American style kitchen fully equipped, with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your stay.
Through internal staircase, access to a large solarium for private use, with two sunbeds, table and chairs where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the Red Mountain, where you can contemplate a wonderful sunset. It is an ideal accommodation to enjoy a quiet and comfortable holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the center and with ease of parking.
