A few steps from San Rufino, Santa Chiara, about 8 min. walk from the Basilica of San Francesco.
Consisting of a sofa, 2 chairs and a dining table. On one side there is the kitchenette with 2 induction burners, fridge, sink, kettle. At the back of the room is the bed wrapped in stone. Flat screen TV, wi-fi.
Bathroom with exposed stone shower. Close to restaurants and bars.
Washing machine in common laundry next to the studio. Internet wi-fi.
