It was my second stay at Varvara with everything being absolutely exceptional again and even the surprise addition of a swimming pool this time! The property is very comfortable and it's location right on the beach couldn't be any better.

Exceptional, idyllic location, wonderful house and perfect hosts. The location was incredible - right on a quiet clean beach, a short drive or walk from a supermarket. The house came with a swimming pool which we didn't even know about - what a pleasant surprise. Our hosts next door were very helpful when we needed help, and gave us a place to park our car.

Lovely villa on the beach!

Lovely villa, great location on the sea with a beautiful quiet beach, perfect for snorkelling. Great location, very near to the great town of Kassiopi. Villa is well equipped with everything you need, a great choice for a relaxing holiday in Corfu!

A lovely week

We were looking for a place to relax and switch off for a week. Varvara hit the spot perfectly - right by the water's edge, not surrounded by hoards of other properties, and a simple, lovely walk in to Kassiopi for a morning coffee or an evening drink. We loved it.

The beach house was lovely and great to be so close to the sea. 15 minute walk to Avalki beach and 15 minutes into Kassiopi. Very helpful hosts next door and I would highly recommend - we will be back!

A little dream beach house

We absolutely loved this beach house and the beautiful crystal clear sea And the beautiful flowered terrace Really didn't want too leave and we are all ready planning a return We would also like too mention the owners who live next-door so friendly and kind but never intuitive. Amazing location

The location of the property is out of this world, it is like having your private beach! There is enough shade throughout the day if you wish to remain in the shade, and of course, there are plenty of opportunities to get under direct sunshine, if you wish. The property itself is very well managed, you always feel looked after, it is cleaned and tidied every other day as soon as you go on an outing. The owner is a next-door, so you can ask for advice and help any time.

I would write a bad review for one purpose: so that not so many people want to get here. The only drawback of this villa is that it becomes busy very quickly. A unique place where the sea begins right five steps from the entrance. There are never many people on the beach. Nicos supermarket is good enough and Nicos is friendly. Everything is excellent!

Absolutely perfect.

We spent wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Vavara. The location directly on the sea is fantastic, the terrace is beautifully planted with flowers and the trees provide shade on hot days. There is an outdoor shower and plenty of seating and sun loungers. We really enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves. The house was spotlessly clean and was cleaned several times during our stay, fresh bed linen and towels were also provided. The picturesque harbor town of Kassiopi with plenty of good tavernas and shopping facilities is only about a 15-minute walk along a beautiful, small path. At the northern end of the bay, just follow the red marks and the sign with the marathon runner. The communication with Eos-Travel was very professional and friendly. We had an excellent holiday and will definitely return someday.

A beautiful Villa set in an idyllic location

Villa Varvara is a beautiful place on the seafront, you walk across the beach to your own private gated entrance which leads to the most charming Greek Villa. A fantastic patio with sunbeds a quaint pergola to sit in the shade and also a shower area. Steps lead up to your balcony an idea place to sit at your table eat, relax and listen and watch the waves. The interior of the Villa is typically Greek and has absolutely everything you need for your perfect beach holiday. The bedrooms are pretty and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is great everything has been thought out for your stay.There is a superb swimming pool to the rear which is lovely and clean with sunbeds and umbrellas for shade in the heat. This is fenced off and very private, a great place for sun lovers. There is a barbeque for your use which we enjoyed, also a private bench outside your gate to relax and watch the world go by.The beach is stony but if you walk to the left by the little jetty you can swim and there is a sandy part. There is a trail that leads up through the olive grove which leads to Kassiopi, follow the orange arrows and signs. Its a bit hilly and uneven but great if you fancy it, it leads out to the harbour, not a short cut but very pretty indeed.You are able to walk easily to Kassiopi town if you take the path from the small beach in about 15- 20 minutes which is fab lots of bars, shops and restaurants and if you walk the other way you can visit another beach and have food or drinks at Cabo Babaro which is fab.The owners live in the villa next door and are very welcoming and courteous people, they were very helpful and friendly but not intrusive at all. We would definitely visit again, it was lovely, and if you like to fish bring your rod, walk out of your gate and catch some fish.

A little piece of heaven!

Location, location, location! Stunning views across the sea straits to the Albanian mountains. Very pretty, sea facing courtyard garden, on 2 levels with a variety of seating and tables, along with a seat and sun loungers for private use of villa residents on the beach outside the cottage. Perfect for early morning coffee while watching passing yachts and boats. Quiet beach area, felt like our own private beach most of the time. The owners, who live next door, are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The villa was very clean and linen/towels changed regularly, bins emptied frequently too. We hired a car to explore the local mountain roads, stopping off for Greek coffees and meeting the locals sat at tiny cafes in the mountain villages, and many beautiful views to the coast. Most of the mountain villages are easily accessible, provided you have a head for heights on some of the hairpin bends! Nearby Kassiopi town has all the amenities you may need.

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach nur traumhaft! Der Blick von der Terrasse mit den wunderschönen Blumen und dem Meer atemberaubend! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt zum entspannen, überall gibt es gemütliche Sitzecken und man hat sogar seine privaten Liegen direkt am Strand stehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch einen Grill. Sehr nette Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen. Wir haben sogar frisch gefangenen Fisch von Ihnen geschenkt bekommen. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern.
