Modern apartment with two bedrooms have double beds, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. The apartment is spacious and bright. It has two comfortable bathrooms, newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen including oven gas engine, express coffee machine and toaster. As an alternative to a day at the beach, relax on the porch and enjoy a cold drink and grilled food while watching the boats, the sea and the beach.

The apartment is located in Povoa de Varzim with several beaches (blue flag quality), and has a fantastic view of the sea.
A few minutes walk from numerous restaurants with traditional Portuguese food. Several nightclubs and Casino (to 500m).
Good conditions for water sports (sailing club to 150metros). The area receives few foreign tourists and local tourists are a phenomenon weekend.



A few meters away is a nice bakery offering fresh bread, cakes and pastries at a cheap price.
In parallel streets the beach will find small local shopkeepers with regional products (vegetables, fruits, flowers and grocery).
At auction (place of arrival of the fishermen) can purchase a wide variety of fresh fish even at very cheap price.

The apartment watching the marginal offering a fantastic journey along the beaches for bicycles, skates, a simple walk or going down of the sun.

Eine Katastrophe. Die Wohnung war in baulischer .sowie hygienischer Hinsicht weit unter jeglichen Niveau. Es war sehr unsauber. Im sogenannten Wellnessbereich waren die Fenster defekt, an der Decke viel Schwarzschimmel. Schimmel in den Schränken im Schlafzimmer, die Duschvorhänge voller Schimmel, die Toilettenbürste verursachte Brechreiz. Die Wohnung im allgemeinen abgewohnt.schmutzig und muffig riechend. Wir haben unseren Urlaub abgebrochen. Das einzig positive unser Geld haben wir sehr zeitnah wiederbekommen.

A estadia foi ótima... Cozinha totalmente equipada! Vistas fantásticas sobre a marina! A gestora foi muito simpática, 5 estrelas, que até nos deixou entrar mais cedo no alojamento! Primeiro impacto não tão agradável (entrada cheiro estanho, e casa por fora), mas depois o apartamento supera tudo! Muito cheiroso limpo e acolhedor! Perto de tudo o que faz falta!

L'appartement est fonctionnel. La literie est très bien. Belle vue sur le port. Petit bémol, volets chambre cassé,on voit le jour. Fuite d'eau au niveau de la baignoire et peinture qui s'écaille et qui tombe dans la véranda.

Communication avec la propriétaire assez moyenne . Nous n’avons vu personne prise des clés dans la boîte aux lettres ainsi que la remise Nous avons dû chercher nous même les draps de bain et torchons car nous n’avons jamais eu la réponse de la propriétaire Les fenêtres et volets sont vétustes et très dur à ouvrir Sinon emplacement agréable pour les restaurants et pour profiter du bords de plage et boire un verre ou manger une glace le soir

A localização é boa mas a comunicação com os proprietários foi muito má. Tratamento arrogante, o apartamento não se encontrava totalmente limpo ( tivemos que limpar uma cadeira de deck e uma das casas de banho cheirava mal. Se os hóspedes anteriores se comportaram com pouca civilidade, os seguintes não têm que pagar por isso. Experiência a não repetir.

bon séjour

il manquait l'information des travaux très bruyants juste devant l'immeuble. Pelleteuses et machine à percussion en fonctionnement dès 7h du matin. Sinon, appartement agréable et vue directe sur l'océan. Ville en plein développement et très accessible depuis l'aéroport et Porto.

Para quem pretende conhecer a Póvoa, é toda aquela zona, sendo uma família, ou grupo numeroso, esta é uma excelente opção, pois fica muito em conta, o apartamento está arranjado e tem condições, e muito bem localizado. A proprietária foi 5 estrelas, o processo de check in e check out maravilha.

We had a great time in Povoa do Varzim. Nice location with friendly people and Nice beaches

The host Patricia was very kind. The appartment was somewhat dated. The pictures looked Better. Availability of linnen and towels was wonderful. However we had some problems with the doors of some rooms and locks not fuctioning correctly. The pots and pans were too small for us 8 people. Electricity broke of while cooking. (fuse) Despite all this I was glad I Could do some washing and cycling with my little girl in the back. I feel bad for saying because the location is great! Hopefully some flaws Could be fixed.

UN APARTAMENTO MIRANDO AL MAR

El apartamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado entre Povoa do Varzin y Vila do Conde, con unas vistas inmejorables y a muy pocos metros de dos playas. El mobiliario e instalaciones de las que está dotado son realmente buenas, y su estado es perfectos. Tiene servicios a muy poca distancia. La atencion de los propietarios es excelente. El único posible reparo es que al ser un tercer piso sin ascensor pero las escaleras son cómodas. Con lo cual es muy recomendable para aquellos que no tengan problemas para subir y bajar escaleras.
