Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used linens and towels in the bathroom
Turn off the bathroom heater Summer season: Turn off the living room and bedroom heaters. Fall season: Leave living room and bedroom heaters on 60 degrees.
Take garbage out to outside can by the shed. Leave keys in the key pad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require a signed rental agreement prior to check-in.
No outdoor fires...due to wild fire concerns.

Incredible quiet, peaceful and cozy stay with gorgeous views and easy stair access to private Westside cove. We enjoyed seeing various shore birds, herons, eagles and daily visits of momma dear and her 2 baby fawns. The cabin is immaculate! Everything you would need is provided. Enjoyed the cozy wood stove. And, the wall of windows has incredible lighting and views! Checkin and out process was very clear and easy and the hosts are very responsive. Wonderful Stay!

The Waterfront Cove property exceeded my wife and my expectations. The “cabin” was extremely clean, cute, and very comfortable. The view of the Olympic Mountains across the Strait of Juan de Fuca from the house on a clear day is breathtakingly beautiful. We can’t wait to return.

This is our favorite location on San Juan. Beautiful tranquil location. We love watching the day go by from the patio. Easy access to the water for kayaking. Very clean home with all you could need. Perfect for the two of us!

Peaceful Cove

This was a perfect spot to relax for a few days with my husband. The house seems brand new and the layout is efficient with everything you need. The view and beach are absolutely beautiful. We saw lots of wild life and went paddle boarding. Easy access by car to the whole island. Definitely looking forward to going back.

We have been visiting and vacationing in the San Juan islands for decades. We never dreamed we could own a property on the coveted West side of San Juan Island. We feel so fortunate to have purchased this property on a very quiet, protected cove, with a sandy beach, and one of the finest kayak launching locations in San Juan County.

What makes this property unique

Orca whales, seals, otters, eagles, deer, fox, numerous shore birds are all frequent the neighborhood.
