Located in Contrada Fraginesi in Castellammare del Golfo, inside the residence "Giardino degli Allori" Villa Cristina is immersed in one of the most scenic stretches of coast in Sicily that goes from the charming seaside village of Scopello with its faraglioni, located close to of the Zingaro reserve famous for its pristine coves and intense blue sea, up to the Caribbean beaches of San Vito Lo Capo.
The villa overlooks the fascinating sea of the Gulf of Castellammare and thanks to the design arrangement it integrates perfectly with the pre-existing landscape, leaving it almost untouched, giving all residents a pleasant sensation of tranquility and visual well-being as well as sensory well-being. The villa architecturally focuses on a modern, linear, simple and essential design referring to Mediterranean colors. The interiors of the villa are flooded with light from sunrise to sunset thanks to the large windows overlooking the surrounding landscape and the swimming pool.
The particular arrangement of the villa and swimming pool, in the presence of a gentle slope of the land, allows you to enjoy unforgettable Sicilian sunsets, recreating a paradise of relaxation and nature with breathtaking views, ideal for holidays by the sea, culture and wellness .
This villa has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with oven and n. 3 bathrooms with bidet and shower. The villa has air conditioning, a seating area. Private parking.
The external verandas are equipped with a gazebo and relaxation sofas. An outdoor shower and a barbecue is also available. You can relax in the property's garden.
N. B. Swimming pool available from 01 June to 30 September of each year !!! Equipment: shared outdoor area, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, heat pump, wardrobe, clothes horse, shower, hairdryer, n. 3 toilets, refrigerator. Scopello is 9 km from the property. San Vito Lo Capo is a 45-minute drive away. Children are welcome. The room cannot have any extra bed. Pets allowed on request.

I love Sicily

The villa was perfect for 4 guest, location was great-easy access to all areas on the western side of Sicily. You must wear a bathing cap to use the pool which was not mentioned until we arrived and I couldn’t find one to buy anywhere so we were not allowed to use the pool, no AC on main floor but with the doors open during the day we had a great breeze blowing through. The home was well equipped to where we were able to cook dinner twice (too many good restaurants around) and if your lucky you will get to see the farmer herding their sheep down the road it was a site to be seen.

Beautiful surroundings

I recently stayed at Villa Cristina in Castellammare del Golfo during my vacation in Sicily and had a fantastic experience. The accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The breathtaking views from the villa were absolutely mesmerizing, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Short Break

New development with building work still in progress. Very clean and well maintained villa and gardens. Some problems encountered with internet and air con. Another sofa would make sitting inside in the evenings more comfortable as only one sofa and no comfortable chairs in the lounge area.

Il proprietario è stato incredibilmente accogliente insieme a moglie e figlia. Villa era assolutamente bellissima e conteneva tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno! Straordinariamente pulito e nuovissimo, viste mozzafiato su mare e monti, piscina meravigliosa e ben tenuta! Non possiamo dire abbastanza cose meravigliose di questa proprietà e del proprietario, un piacere assoluto. Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ganz neuen Anlage. Die Einrichtung ist absolut hochwertig und geschmackvoll! Extrem schöner Pool für alle Häuser dieser Siedlung. Der Kontakt war hervorragend und überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht! Die Lage des Hauses spricht für sich! Die Nähe zu Castellamare, Scopello und dem Naturreservat ist einzigartig. Extremer Erholungswert auf der wunderschönen Terrasse in Hanglage mit Blick aufs Meer! Insgesamt ein wahnsinnig schöner Urlaub in einem exklusiven Haus mit sehr nettem Kontakt!
