Inside, there are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is a shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard area with furniture provided. Note: Children below the age of 4 cannot be accommodated, sorry. Off-road parking is available. Cottage 1 Newcourt is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Devon’s finest sights.

Unfortunately my husband has dementia and poor mobility ,I had not realised how steep the stairs were due to this we left the property two days early so proved to be a very expensive short break
