An amazing stay
The flat is very well located in the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the shops. The flat is very functional and clean. The flat is located next to the ski slopes. The staff are friendly and very professional. In short, the flat is ideal and there is a large parking in the basement.

Great central location with shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen, nice quality towels and linen. Includes a parking space which was a bonus. We found the apartment very dark, the interior quite tired and dusty in places though. The garden was also scruffy and unkempt. We were expecting to easily be able to unload the car out front before parking but there were some kind of maintenance works going on which made it awkward and it would have been useful to be warned.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement Picasso
La localisation centrale de l'appartement, en plein centre ville avec un garage. Taille de l'appartement exceptionnelle, vue sur la chaine du Mont Blanc, terrasse, décoration de très bon goût. Tout était parfait. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons.
Il manque un balai, un appareil à raclettes, une petite table basse dans le salon.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un appartement charmant en plein centre et avec vu sur le Mont-Blanc!
L'emplacement, la déco, la literie, les équipements (ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle), le casier à ski, le garage et enfin la vue sur le Mont-Blanc!
Changer l'aspirateur, il n'aspire vraiment pas bien
Sur sejour et super appartement hyper bien placé dans le centre Ville de Chamonix.
Et super arrivée avec la communication de Chamonix Homes, la seul chose que je pourrais donner comme remarque c'est que dans la consigne d'arriver il faur utiliser la petite clef pour appeler l'ascenseur depuis le parking.
Mais sinon nickel :)

Un emplacement idéal gâté par des manques regrettables
Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement. Le stationnement. La terrasse/jardinet, le confort des lits. Cependant la forme de l'accueil n'est pas agréable (personne à l'arrivée, trouver la clef dans une boîte), le ménage n'est pas très bien fait, des accessoires avaient des problèmes (Fuite WC, Poignée Machine à laver cassée, Parasol ne s'ouvre pas) et ceci n'a été revu qu'au bout de 3 jours. A ce prix on attend un accueil humain et un meilleur service.

Nous apprécions toujours les commentaires de nos clients et nous sommes attristés que Denis n'ait pas été aussi satisfait qu'il aurait pu l'être avec l'Appartement Picasso. De même, nous apprécions l'opportunité qu'Abritel / Homeaway nous offre d'expliquer la situation.
En ce qui concerne le fait qu'il n'y ait personne à votre arrivée. Nous comprenons que certaines personnes préfèrent être accueillies à leur arrivée, cependant, dans ce monde post-Covid dans lequel nous vivons, nous avons pris la décision de rendre nos arrivées aussi sans contact que possible, une décision qui a reçu une réponse très positive de la part de 99% de nos clients. Nous sommes toujours disponibles pour accueillir nos clients à l'arrivée s'ils le souhaitent et nous le demandent. Sur la majorité d'entre eux, il y a des boîtes à clés sur le bâtiment actuel. Cependant, à l'Apartment Picasso, cela n'est pas possible et les clients doivent d'abord se présenter au bureau du Mont Blanc Retreats, situé à environ 800 mètres, pour récupérer les clés d'une boîte à clés verrouillée et codée. Nous nous excusons que Denis ait trouvé qu'il s'agissait d'un manque de service plutôt que de l'appréciation de l'espace personnel et de l'hygeine que nous entendons être.
Il est tout aussi bouleversant d'entendre que les problèmes survenus lorsque Denis était là n'ont pas été repérés par notre personnel de nettoyage. Cependant, nous pensons en tant qu'entreprise que nous avons été rapides et efficaces dans notre réponse. L'eau propre du système de chasse d'eau s'est détachée et de l'eau propre a coulé sur le sol de la salle de bain à 22 h le samedi soir. Nous avions une équipe de maintenance à l'appartement dans les 20 minutes et le problème a été résolu.
En ce qui concerne la poignée de porte desserrée de la machine à laver et du parasol, nous avons été frustrés que notre équipe de nettoyage n'ait pas ouvert ces deux articles et remarqué qu'ils ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. La machine à laver fonctionnait toujours bien et nécessitait juste un peu de colle pour attacher la poignée et nous avons remplacé le parasol le jour après avoir été informé qu'il ne s'ouvrirait pas.
Nous espérons que la réponse rapide ira dans une certaine mesure au quatre étoiles que Denis a offert son séjour avec Mont Blanc Retreats à l'Appartement Picasso et nous nous excusons pour les problèmes qui l'ont empêché de nous donner cinq étoiles.
We enjoyed our first time in Chamonix. The apartment had what we needed, was comfortable and in a good location. The only thing that could be improved would be an information pack on the apartment and its facilities and the local area. We would recommend.
Appartement spacieux agréable et lumineux placer à deux pas du centre de Chamonix .le jardin est un véritable plus aussi bien pour nous que pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes.
Le seul bémol pas assez de matériels dans la cuisine. Nous restons tout de même ravi du séjour ou nous avons pu profiter agréablement du paysage.

Great stay
Our hosts were extremely generous in picking us up from the bus stop and driving us and our luggage to the flat as our transfer got in very late. They also had kindly provided all the basics such as tea bags and coffee. The flat was lovely, comfortable and warm and exactly what we wanted to come back to after long days skiing.

Very nice location in the heart of Chamonix
We really enjoyed the apartment. The location was really convenient. The only drawback was they hadn't gotten the heat on in the building so it was cool in the apartment. Bob was very accomodating by bringing us a heater

Thanks for the great review and for staying with us in Apartment Picasso. Like you, we were annoyed that the building management company weren't quicker to turn the heating on when they got caught out by an early autumn cold-snap. It's all turned on now, working well and toasty warm for winter.

Appartement idéal au centre et au calme!
Appartement très bien situé en plein centre, donc où on peut tout faire à pied. Idéal pour participer aux courses du Marathon du Mont Blanc ou de l'UTMB, puisque à 1 minute du départ! La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le jardin est agréable et spacieux avec une vue magnifique! Très facile de charger et décharger la voiture devant la porte d'entrée, puis on la descend au garage. Possible pour 5 personnes, une 6ème si elle est petite (ou un enfant) pour la 2ème place dans le canapé.

Great location and lots of space
A very positive impression - our feelings about the flat really echo those of Marcus S. in September 2014.
We also thought it offered us generous living space, especially for a holiday rental, and the private garden was a real bonus.
As we we were two couples , we would have preferred a double bed in the second bedroom (as advertised at the time) rather than the recently installed bunk bed, but it wasn't a major problem.

Perfect Chamonix location
We rented this apartment for a week in the summer of 2014. It is only 100m from the main square and tourist office so access to town is really easy. Surprisingly it's not noisy though as you have enough distance between you and the high street so as to not hear any late night revellers.
The garden is really handy as it us sunk behind a wall and hedge so no one looks in on you.
We really appreciated the garage too as free parking is an issue in Chamonix.
The management company were easy to deal with, the transaction was simple and the place spotless.
We'd happily recommend this place to friends and would love to come back and stay again.

Thanks for the positive review. We agree thatApartment Picasso is a fantastic option for people wanting to stay in Chamonix and be close to the hustle and bustle of the town, but away from the noise of the bars and restaurants.
This and Apartment Solomon http://www.homeaway.co.uk/p1507960 are the closest we have to the town centre and the ski lift at Le Savoy and both are worth considering if you looking for an apartment of this size in Chamonix.
