A super three storey modern town house just a hop skip and a jump from the promenade and beach of this popular seaside town; renowned for its wonderful sunsets.

With three bedrooms (single/double on the ground floor, double and bunks on the top floor) and two bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to five people maximum - in a combination a family with three children or two children and three adults. A pleasant dual aspect open-plan living area on the first floor has a well-equipped compact kitchen with a small dining area dividing the kitchen from the sitting area. Pebblesden does not have a garden, but there is an open garden in the adjoining square as well as grassland with seating running along the entire sea front. The house has one private parking space, with further parking freely available on the nearby roads, even in high season.
Located in a quiet residential street only a few minutes' walk away from the centre of town with its many amenities, Pebblesden is ideal for a traditional seaside family holiday but equally a great spot for a couple or two looking for a comfortable base from which to explore the many delights of North West Norfolk.
