If you prefer to explore the area, a car is not essential and as you step outside of the villa you will find a choice of 2 blue flag beaches, restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 minute stroll.

Excellent Villa

The villa is very comfortable, modernised and well equipped. The location is ideal with short walks to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The property manager, Louise is very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Would highly recommend this property. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything that you could ever possibly need! Just beautiful. Any communication or questions we had for the host, Louise, were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would love to come back in the future. Very sad to leave!

We had a very good time at Villa Andrea which had all the amenities that we needed. The villa is on a fairly busy road and could be quite noisy with frequent bus service and also buggy/quad bike excursions passing through daily. A bottle of milk would have been appreciated in the fridge on arrival.

The whole experience was 10/10 plus...villa description exactly correct. Host above and beyond .But after receiving itenary , there was no need for further contact with Louise, she had already organised our airport transfers, and the villa was faultless. Special mention of how comfortable the beds were. Location brilliant / fair size shop / Legends bar / car hire x 2 , all near to villa .Have booked next year already...Gardener and pool maintenance were on hand, to keep things clean and tidy ....roll on 2026 !!

This villa has everything you need and is in a fabulous location! So much so, we have just booked a 3rd stay here. And believe me, we are fussy customers! Any issues at all when you are there are resolved quickly with the manager, Louise is lovely and nothing is too much trouble. WiFi could be stronger to reach the bedrooms, but who comes on holiday to use the WiFi (haha).

Ein mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Häuschen!

Wir sind dankbar,eine schöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Bungalow die Urlaunszeit verbracht zu haben.Das Häuschen liegt wohl direkt an der gut befahrbaren Straße, so dass es für die, die zum Einschlafen mehr Ruhe brauchen,ein Problem sein könnte. Bungalow ist mit Allem ausgestatet, was man braucht, sehr gepflegt, und liegt direkt am Strand.. Für uns war es das perfekte Auferhalt seit Langem!!

Lage der Unterkunft stimmt nicht nicht mit Beschreibung überein !

Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einer Durchgangsstraße (mit Busverkehr aller 10 min), ca. 2 km von dem in der Anzeige beschriebenen wesentlich ruhigeren Gebiet entfernt, dementsprechend laut ist es! Der Backofen war sehr dreckig als wir ankamen, der Pool wurde nur 1x gereinigt und das auch nur nach unserer Aufforderung

October 22 holiday

This property was perfect for us to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Location was great close to coral bay strip and restaurant and small supermarket just 2 minutes walk. Bus stop which would take us into paphos right outside the door. Next part was the beach on our doorstep, we enjoyed many afternoons there. Thanks for a great stay we will def be back

Wonderful location and Villa

We would definitely return to this Villa - it’s location was superb with access to the beach. The Villa had everything needed for an amazing holiday. The villa manager was on hand for all our questions. We have been to Paphos for 8 years running now and we would return here for sure!

Home alone

Good property but absolutely no communication on WiFi, emergency numbers, local facilities or how to operate tv etc. No one came to change linen in 10 days so we did it ourselves. Currently really need good WiFi for covid passports and this was a nightmare. Had to ask in a medical centre to download uk locator form.

Dear Midge, Thank you for taking time to review Villa Andrea and we are glad that you enjoyed the property. We are a little disappointed to hear your feedback as we do our very best to ensure all of our guests are well informed and comfortable. It is very important to us. We understood that you were struggling to connect to the WiFi and a member of our team was there within 30 mins of your arrival to help you. I would also like to point out that the internet connection is stronger than most holiday rentals at 40 mbps. We regularly have guests stay for longer periods who need strong internet for work and they have been delighted with the internet service provided. We do not have a printer at the villa however we will gladly help our guests and be happy to print off locator forms. It is not standard practice to change linen within a 10 day stay. Mid stays are always offered at the end of every full week booked, however if you wanted this service then our team would gladly have provided it at an extra cost. Finally, the owners specifically asked me to mention about not smoking in the property. Whilst smoking is allowed outside, our only request is that there is no smoking inside, with the beautiful sunny climate here in Cyprus it is not necessary to smoke in the bedrooms or bathrooms. We were very fortunate that we did not have a guest arriving on the same day as the property needed several days of airing.

Luxury villa, the best in 15 years!

A really easy process to rent this villa, with easy and quick communication with Louise. Upon entering the villa, we were astounded with the luxurious look and feel of it. It is the best villa we have rented, in the 15 years of coming to Cyprus. It was better than home from home, fully equipped with anything you could think of and so clean. To wake up to the view of the sea across the road and be able to pop across the road to the beach, was amazing. Also perfectly placed for Corallia beach and bars/restaurants, all within a 15 minute walk. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it went far too quickly and certainly didn’t want to leave! What makes this property unique

Apart from the beautiful, home away from home, accommodation that Villa Andrea provides, our guests really enjoy the fantastic location! Everything is in an easy walking distance of Villa Andrea from snack bars to fresh fish tavernas and restaurants specialising in Chinese, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Italian, Mexican and of course fresh Cypriot cuisine.
2 Blue flag beaches are on your doorstep.
There is a convenience supermarket 200 metres from the villa and the larger Phillipos Superstore approximately 2km away. Phillipos has an in store bakery, delicatessen, butchers, fresh fish counter and a wide choice of fruit, vegetables and groceries - they even take you home after your shop!
A car is not necessary in this fabulous location, however if you do feel like venturing further, then there is a regular bus service going to Paphos Harbour, the water park and the lovely village of Agios Giorgos.
