Orka diamond collection villa number 2 is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa set in a spacious plot with its own private pool, it has a driveway for 2 cars, it has air conditioning in every room, good size wardrobes in every room and has balconies for all bedrooms, the rooms are spacious and decorated to a high standard. The villa has gates on the stairs to keep safe small children from falling fold up beds/ cots can be put in the property at extra cost. The villa is a short flat walk into hisaronu town and taxi buttons just round the corner for easy access. The villa is fully equipped. They is a big bbq for our guess to use but they will be a cleaning fee to be paid to omar my pool and maintenance guy to make sure bbq is cleaned properly and ready for use for others guests. Fee of around £15 paid direct to omar from customers

Vacances magnifiques !

We spent 10 unforgettable days in Stacey's villa. Everything was perfect, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, fresh sheets and a magnificent pool! The welcome was fantastic. The host was very courteous and responsive. Thank you so much Stacey ! We hope to come back !

Nice holiday but a few issues with services.

This is a lovely villa and our second time booking it. The villa is a lovely home but a few things were different this stay compared to the last time. The services description states "housekeeper included". The villa cleaning service happened only once during our 14 days stay which meant we had to empty our toilet bins regularly ourselves due to the "no flushing paper issue" and clean the villa ourselves which is not really something you want to do on holiday. The cleaners never cleaned the pool area furniture which we lay and sat on (which is the place you use the most) and only cleaned the outside tiled floor where the table sits. I know you can pay for extra cleaning but regular cleaning is needed for 8 people sharing and this was always part of the previous service. We also never had tv service for the whole 14 days and no internet service for 7 of the last week. There was a local power issue which stopped the internet 7 days into our holiday and when we reported it to our local contact we were advised "it was a local issue" but our neighbours sky internet had gone back on the next day on so clearly not a local issue. The young people in our party were unhappy with no tv or internet service. The pool was also "cloudy" the whole time we stayed and staff gave an explanation for this but it was never rectified but we did still use the pool due to the heat. Overall we did have a good holiday and have stayed in many different villas in the area over the past 15 years. It is a lovely area and we will always return. If these issues were sorted out it in villa no 2, it would be a perfect home for any family to use and have a relaxing holiday.

Like a home

It was wonderful trip for my family. Property was very clean, and ready for a family. We felt ourselves in comfort and relief of our house. I certainly wish to visit again.

We have been coming to turkey for the last 17 years and hisaronu is our favourite place to come. We decided to buy a villa and fell in love with this property. It is non overlooked at the front and in a good size plot, the villa is nicely decorated and has everything you need.
