Inside there are three bright bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm), the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third bedroom has a bunk bed. The apartment has two full bathrooms, a bright living room with a sofa, air conditioning and a dining area for six people, a kitchen and a spectacular terrace directly overlooking the beach and the most beautiful pine road in Puerto de Alcudia. The apartment is located in the best area of Puerto de Alcudia and is close to shops and restaurants.

The best thing about this placement is the luxury of being right on the largest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet area. Here you have a lot of shopping options plus an area for adult sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques and also an area for children: playgrounds, swimming pools, places of interest. Banks, doctors, clinics are also within walking distance. There are lots of marina options to enjoy and walk quietly. Some other small and beautiful and cozy beaches are placed in an area of 5 km. throughout the apartment There are also historical buildings here such the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, the medieval city of Alcudia and its wall. You can enjoy nature in the natural parks of S′Albufera and S′Albufereta and many other places to discover.

Great location but lacks comfort

The beach is within walking distance and can be seen from the deck, which is what made this a great location, but we were disappointed by the condo itself. The kitchen had almost nothing to cook with—we had to buy our own bottle opener—and the beds were very uncomfortable. Despite the nice deck, the lounge furniture was tired and uncomfortable and the layout inside was such that it made it uncomfortable to sit and hang out. Also, it’s right next to a restaurant that blares loud music every night from 8-midnight.
