The residence is located in San Pantaleo in the countryside between the mountains and enjoys a quiet and private location, ideal for a relaxing holiday, is 2 km from the sea and 3 km from the village where the main services are located. It is also close to the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, and to the most exclusive destinations such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, the distance from the port and airport of Olbia is only 15 km.

The residence consists of two independent villas, both with pergola equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, the pool that is part of the main villa is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and barbecue, the villas also have parking area.

In both villas free wifi network is available.

The main villa (150 square meters) can accommodate 6 people, and consists of 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom one with shower and one with Jacuzzi, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, large and comfortable living room with TV and DVD player, functional kitchen and well equipped, veranda overlooking the large garden with sofas and large outdoor table, on the outside of the kitchen some steps lead to the cellar where the washing machine is located. The large house has a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, crockery and various appliances. It has an underfloor heating & cooling system.




The small villa (100 square meters) can accommodate 6 people and consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, loft with double bed on the floor, 2 bathroom with shower, living room with TV, kitchen and a large veranda with a sofa and tableto eat or have breakfast outdoors. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and also in a little room at the side of the kitchen: washing machine, iron and fans. The small house is equipped with air conditioners in all the rooms.
Guests will have access to the entire property, including the pool (11 meters long, 2 meters high)and all the spacious outdoor area.

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön, sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Man hat dort alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa. Ein Traumhafter Garten für die Kinder zum spielen und entdecken. Genug Platz für 12 Leute um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und der Poolbereich auch sehr schön. Bei Problemen war Barbara sofort zur Stelle und hat uns sogar Leckereien und Wein geschenkt. Durch die Lage war man Ruckzuck am Flughafen oder am Meer. Unser Lieblingsstrand für die Kinder waren nur 5 Minuten zu fahren.

ein großes wunderschönes gepflegtes Grundstück mit zwei sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häusern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, sobald wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten, hat sie sofort geantwortet und uns Vorschläge gemacht oder nach Lösungen gesucht. Zur Begrüßung standen Getränke und kleines Gebäck bereit und auch für den Kaffee hat Sie gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Anwesen unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiter.

Vacances de rêves à la Villa delle Fonti

Villa belle Fonti is a beautiful oasis of peace on the bustling Costa Smeralda. The Villa is set in an orchard of Olive trees. Fig trees offer their juicy fruits and sweet smell in a breathtaking mountainous landscape. An afternoon farniente in the hamacs is a welcomed afternoon treat. The houses are perfectly equipped for cooking and lingering on the property and umbrellas and paddles are available for visits to the beach. The long outdoor table makes for long memorable summer dinners al fresco. I cannot describe the generosity of our host Barbara. She is always available to make sure our stay is perfect. In my case, she went over and beyond finding a doctor and helping me out through the treatment. I cannot thank her enough. She has become a friend. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children and we greatly recommend this unique property. Thank you Barbara for you kindness and sensitivity. I am so very grateful to you. Hélène

Stunning location and home

We LOVED our stay at Ville delle Fonti! I cannot rate it highly enough - it was without doubt one of our best experiences staying in a vacation rental home. Barbara was the most delightful host who went above and beyond to help make our holiday perfect! If there was any minor issues, she would get it fixed immediately. The 2 separate houses around the pool worked perfectly for our extended family of 6 adults and 3 children travelling together. San Pantaleo itself is a charming village that exceeded our expectations. The Costa Smeralda is stunning and I hope to return one day. And when we do, I hope we are able to stay in Ville delle Fonti again!

Top Anwesen!

Das Objekt hat perfekt zu unseren Ansprüchen gepasst. Das Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und Dekoriert. Die Administrative abwicklung war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Häuser sind hervorragend eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Traumhaftes Urlaubs-Anwesen

Wir (drei befreundete Familien) verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in den Ville delle Fonti und hatten eine herrliche Zeit. Die Häuser sind luxuriös ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Poolbereich wird täglich gereinigt und ist wirklich erste Klasse. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und es gibt an jeder Ecke Sitzgelegenhiten, je nach Lust, Laune und Wetter. Absolut ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. 100% Empfehlung!
