Great place to stay for a trip to Williamsburg!

The property was convenient to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg and the pool was beautiful and steps from the condo! It was everything we hoped for and more.

Nice home-away-from-home resort.

The resort was very clean. Our unit was a first floor unit, and it had very large windows in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom - all with room darkening floor to ceiling drapes and sheer decorative curtains over them - each with their own controls. The beds, the towels, and all the amenities in the unit were great - everything you would need to feel comfortable and "at home" - except we could not find a cutting board in the kitchen. The bathrooms were not the latest in design, but were in very good condition, and were large and roomy. We enjoyed the outside porch with table and chairs as it was private and looked out over a nice green space. We made one call to housekeeping and one call to maintenance and both were responded to very quickly. The only drawback to our first floor unit was the air-conditioners for the building (6 units in total) were all located just outside the master bedroom windows, so we could hear them going on and off during the night. Pools - both indoor and outdoor - were well-maintained. Pool towels were provided and they were big and thick - very nice when getting out of the pool or hot tub. Live music at the pool one night drew quite a crowd, which resulted in the one person at the outdoor bar being overwhelmed with customers. We would definitely go back again, just making sure we were not in a unit that had those air-conditioners just outside the master bedroom.

Very clean with all the comforts of home! We'll be back soon!

Perfect location! Plenty to do right inside the resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was perfectly suited for our needs. It had everything we needed. The furnishings and decor, although dated and could some renovating, were well maintained and clean. We had a few very minor maintenance issues but they were fixed right away. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We hopefully plan to bring more family back with us next year. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!
