one masons court

we were dissapointed with the bed which was very uncomfortable and also we were told there was a free parking which we used but halfway through our break the card didnt work and we had to pay for parking, we complained to a George who worked for SYKES who told us the landlord would get bus a differnt method to get into the car park which we never recieved. we were dissapointed with maintenance work which was being carried out in No2 Masons early in the morning which was annoying. it would have been a nice stay as the cottage was nice but for the above we would never go back and definatly wouldnt use Vrbo or Sykes.
