Located in a beautiful 4 floor apartment, it contains 3 bedrooms. There is a lounge-dining room and the well-equipped kitchen means you can enjoy cooking with your friends.There is also a complete bathroom and separate lavatory.



This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's famous masterpiece, in the sector of Barcelona known as l`Eixample, a name that literally signifies "the expansion" which refers to its role in the urban development that occurred in the 19th century on the initiative of designer Ildefonso Cerdá.



Thanks to the apartment's location close to various public transportation connection points, it is easy to reach any area of the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Great space in good location

Check in process was a little strenuous. Overall, the space is great with plenty of room. Couple blocks from Sagrada Familia and local metro and bus routes. Balcony is a nice addition.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. We appreciated the (small) balcony. We were disappointed we couldn’t find a way to connect the older style television to the Internet. (Or was this just us?) There was plenty of space for three, but the living room might be a bit of a squeeze for five. But all in all this was a very pleasant place to stay, and we’d happily stay there again.

Property was more or less as explained, it was clean. The neighborhood was safe, but not a lot of places to eat an evening dinner. The best part about location was close proximity to La Sagrada Família. I had a terrible experience by being caught in the elevator where the fire department had to come and take me and my friend out. I called the management company and they totally took no responsibility at all. I was very disappointed in their attitude. Up until then they communicated. The check in process was confusing because they use a different system than VRbo. Thank God there were some young women next-door, who helped me get in the apartment. after the initial entry, it was OK.

We stayed at the flat for the Formula 1 weekend. The location in this regards was perfect as Clot railway station is only 10 min away. The flat had everything we could need and was nice a large. We also liked that we could do washing and that there is a proper clothing line. What we didn't like was that there were people making noise in the building until very late at night (1 am). There is also a terrible smell coming from the drains and the windows in die bathrooms. But other than this we enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très fonctionnel, parfait pour une famille avec enfants. L'appartement donne sur cour, ce qui le rend assez calme malgré le caractère sonore de l'immeuble (on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus). L'accueil et la propreté sont impeccables. L'équipement est très bien. à noter : la salle de bain est vraiment très petite et la fenêtre de la chambre parents ferme mal, ce qui peut être gênant en hiver car il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre.

En cualquier caso, está bien situado, el apartamento es acogedor, funcional y cómodo. No defrauda lo más mínimo. Recomendable.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is quite far from the center of Barcelona but the metro made it very easy for us to get our way around. One regret was having to wait 20 minutes in front of the apartment building to get the key. But everything else went very well ! The apartment is very clean, modern, well equipped. I would go back there any time !
