About this property

Chez Jean: house with courtyard, wifi, beach 50m away,

Everything is new and end of the works in 2018.
I rent my holiday home when I do not occupy it.

A small living area but no lost place
a ground floor consisting of a kitchen and a lounge, all with a through light
1st floor: 2 small bedrooms (1 bed 140 and one 0. 90)
2d level under roof: small room with bed of 0. 90, corner office enlightened by two vélux to take advantage of the sea view

the most of my house: a sunny courtyard with garden furniture and armchairs

In winter, we will count the extra edf, according to meter reading

Short stays are possible from 2 nights outside school holidays

Maison idéalement située à deux pas de la plage, de l’embarcadère et des commerces. L’intérieur est décoré avec goût, les lits sont confortables, et la terrasse extérieure donne la possibilité de manger dehors. Un choix idéal !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les équipements. C’est agréable d’avoir une location avec des casseroles, des couteaux qui coupent et suffisamment de vaisselle pour ne pas faire tourner le lave vaisselle à vide

Très bon hébergement confortable bien au centre de l'île

Excellent séjour sur cette île hors du commun, petite maison très sympa et très bien située, au décor imprégné de la culture de l'île et d'un peu d'Asie, douche très bien même si salle de bain très petite, charrette très pratique pour le transport des bagages; quelques bémols : absence de documentation pour les appareils ménagers; livret d'accueil en double et à améliorer, notamment pour la Freebox qu'il faut redémarrer quand il y a une panne générale sur l'île (internet et WIFI); la personne qui s'est occupé de nous, bien que globalement bienveillante, a manqué parfois d'écoute ou de disponibilité, pas toujours très claire, ayant par ailleurs d'autres activités mais normalement ça ne devrait pas interférer avec sa gestion du logement.

Un séjour inoubliable sur l'île de Sein !

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce gîte idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage. Le cadre est parfait pour se ressourcer loin de l'agitation. La maison est fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire. Bien que nous n'ayons pas rencontré Jean, le contact a été parfait et très professionnel. Mention spéciale pour la personne qui nous a accueillis avec gentillesse et qui est même venue nous chercher au bateau avec une charrette pour transporter nos bagages ! Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et espérons y revenir bientôt !
