Ocean's Edge, our first floor newly remodeled condo is the ideal setting for your perfect family vacation.

The beautiful views from the lanai, dining/living area, master bedroom and kitchen, are spectacular! This large spacious family condo feels like you have truly arrived home. Whether relaxing with your morning coffee or having a late afternoon snack, the views of the glistening Atlantic from your lanai are unforgettable. Your lanai also has it's own beach access!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create wonderful family meals right at home. The breakfast bar even offers full views of the ocean.

All the bedrooms are equipped with their own televisions and newly renovated baths. Imagine coming in from the beach to your own "rain shower" on the master bathroom...luxury!

Ocean's Edge is located in the Breakers II Condominiums. We provide all beach equipment, toys and more. Anything you need to enjoy yourself on Ponte Vedra Beach.

Right on the beach with a lovely lanai with comfortable furniture. Just what we needed to relax and recoup!, Kendra was wonderful and was so easy to work with! Hopefully we will be able to return soon!

Wonderful oceanfront condo

This is a lovely, comfortable condo with a great view of the ocean. The porch is delightful and we spent most of our time there. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels, etc. Kendra was very helpful to us and responded right away when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again!!!

A perfect place for family gatherings and walks on the beach. Anytime of year the beach walking is great and the ocean view porch is a beautiful sunrise spot for coffee and quiet!

We stayed for 8 days, and it was excellent. Direct waterfront property.

Great location directly on the water. Ocean comes up at high tide within 50 feet of the front porch. Watching the sunrise was glorious. Only 15 min from Mayo clinic. We highly recommend it.

Great place to stay with a fantastic view!!

3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed with an ocean view. A highlight of the condo is the master bath shower. Very enjoyable. While we loved the master suite, our friends said their rooms were also comfortable. Each bedroom has its own cable television. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans and appliances. The living room is spacious and very homey with sliding glass doors onto a glassed-in porch overlooking the ocean. What a view!! On a nice day, the glassed-in porch opens up to let in the fresh salt air. The access to the beach is easy and quick. We spent many hours each day on the beach enjoying the search for shells and shark teeth. An added benefit is the secured garage under the condo. We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already looking forward to next year.

4th of July in Ponte Vedra!

When we walked into the condo, we immediately knew we had made the right decision! Sitting right on the ocean, Ocean's Edge was the perfect place to spend the 4th of July. From the fireworks on the beach, to our spacious lanai, all was fantastic! There is shopping, restaurants close by and we had a great time finding shark's teeth. Definitely a wonderful place for a family reunion. The condo was very well stocked, and we could not of asked for anything more. The Property Manager was also very easy to work with and made sure everything was in place when we arrived. We will be back!!

Great Time in Ponte Vedra Beach!

We have been to Ponte Vedra many times over the years but this was the best. Ocean's Edge is a avery comfortable updated condo... Even a rain shower in the master bath. The near by restaurants, attraction, and golf courses were fantastic. We specially enjoyed the lanai and spent many special moments watching the sunrises. The property manager Kendra was extremely attentive and helpful. We could not have asked for more!!
